Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

A 2 minutos de carro tem o Supermercado Lidl, entre outros e Farmácia. A 25 minutos de carro, tem Setúbal, com acesso a Tróia por ferry boat, e praias como a da Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra e o Farol do Cabo Espichel!

Setubal is at about 15min from Arrábida by car and 30min from Lisbon, or halfway to Algarve.

Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

A casa destaca-se pela sua arquitetura moderna, integrada no centro histórico de Palmela. Zé House foi o nome atribuído pelos arquitetos. Uma casa simples cuja arquitetura procurou afirmar-se num contexto secular pelo seu carácter contemporâneo, estabelecendo não apenas uma relação geométrica com a envolvente mas também uma relação cromática. A 30 minutos (40 KM) do Aeroporto de Lisboa, 10 minutos do castelo de Palmela, e a 9 km da Praia de Albarquel, em minutos acesso a outras lindas praias de Setúbal. 30 minutos das praias da Costa da Caparica.
