Very friendly and responsive host. Place is convenient and walkable to alot of amenities e.g restaurants (even halal ones which is abt 10-15mins walk), shops, supermarkets etc. Do refer to the guidebook for easy reference in self-checking in/out, waste/food disposal etc.

역이 매우 가까워 이동이 편리합니다. 가까운곳에 식당과 카페 등 즐길거리가 많습니다. 숙소는 깔끔하고 세심한 배려가 돋보입니다.

Loved our stay and highly recommend it! The place was well taken care of and full of thoughtful details that helped us understand how to use the amenities and space correctly. It was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping at all! The location was also a big plus. Very conveniently located near the subway station and the airport limousine stop, which really saved us a lot of time during our short stay. Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

성수동 여행을 하기엔 완벽한 위치입니다. 뚝섬역에서 걸어서 5분도 안 걸리고 조용한 주택가 입니다. 아늑한 구조로 침구, 침대도 너무 쾌적하고 다이닝 공간이 너무 좋아서 아침마다 커피와 빵 사와서 이야기하며 아침 시간을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 저번 성수동에 왔을때는 시내 쪽이라 밤에 조금 소음이 있었는데, 이 공간은 조용한 주택가 이면서 성수동 번화가에서 멀지 않아 너무 좋았습니다. 다음 서울 여행 때도 다시 찾고 싶습니다.

I spent around 5 days in Seoul and was fortunate enough to stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet peaceful, although the walk there is a little bit of incline from the Achasan Station. The distance was quite near though around 10 minutes of walking, so it was not a hassle. Overall, we had a great stay. The place was easy to find, clean, spacious, with a great value to us. The amenities provided was complete, as is noted on the website before. Also, Seunghee was very responsive and easy to communicate with especially regarding recommendations and how to get to the area. We would definitely recommend this place and totally book here again if we decided to go to South Korea :)

It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

We stayed at a few places during our vacation in South Korea and here was the best one and best way to end the trip! The host's mom met us and was so helpful and just a really sweet and amazing host. She gave us three apples and was so thoughtful and showed us where everything was. The place was clean, comfortable and very central! Would definitely stay here if ever I visit! Definitely book this location!

Квартира понравилась, очень светлая и уютная. Все необходимое в квартире есть. Рядом в шаговой доступности парк, по которому мы гуляли каждый день. Хорошее расположение дома. Отзывчивый хозяин. В следующий свой приезд обязательно еще раз остановлюсь в этой квартире.

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Logement spacieux et parfait pour 2 familles. Lave-linge et sèche linge à disposition. La terrasse est un plus pour se relaxer. Bus et métro à proximité. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Parfait pour un premier séjour à Séoul! Grand merci.

에어비앤비는 처음이라 모르는게 많았습니다. 질문도 많고 요청한 것들도 있는데 친절하고 명확하게 적극적인 대응해주셔서 배려받는다는 느낌이 좋았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 이용하기 편한위치에 있습니다.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!

3bedroom apartment complex with spacious living room. Easy access to mega shopping mall and market. Quiet clean place.

The location was great and Jooney was very helpful. I would definately stay here again.

A great place to stay in Songdo! The space was clean and very modern. All the amenities were there and they worked amazingly. Close to the metro and easy to move around! Highly recommend!
