House was much bigger than expected! Living room, bedroom & bathrooms are very nice. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you may need. We were able to move the bed in one of the bedrooms to make room for 2 pack n plays. Izzy is a super nice accommodating guy! Above and beyond!

Your mind will be blow away, absolutely beautiful and amazing house. You will not be disappointed and the host is amazing!

I highly recommend this place. We were impressed when we walked in the door! It's even prettier when you see the house in person. There are many things that you will need that were provided like, salt, pepper, paper towels, plastic wrap and foil. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner was very responsive when we had a question and the house is easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, the house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend, we loved watching the deer every morning. And loved how the area was quite and relaxing.

The property was spectacular and well equipped. Everything was great. The house was very neat, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was not as good upstairs as downstairs, but it was OK. The view of the water was magnificent, we enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back next year.

Exceptional bnb, exceptional stay, hubby stated that this is his most favorite BNB yet.! We both loved everything about this bnb . Will definitely visit again.

This is an excellent place to enjoy and have fun with families and friends during weekends. Very scenic and lake front house with fire pit is a highlight. Lots of amenities for the kids and adults to enjoy. Safe neighborhood as well.

Such a beautiful and spacious condo! It was more than pictured! One thing to remember when staying her… Although they have pots, pans, and all the kitchen essentials. They do not have salt, pepper, trash bags, or coffee filters for the coffee pot. We did leave the things of salt and pepper we bought for the next guest. Not sure if they will throw it out due to covid-19. The ice maker is not in refrigerator, but in it’s own separate space attached inside the bar! Also beware of the oven and microwave, it was confusing at first. The panel to work both are in the same area. Oven panel/buttons were on the left and microwave on the right. I would definitely bring more towels for the pool and beach, as those are not provided. There is a gift shop on the ground floor, that has a lot of essentials you can buy if you need them! They’re so friendly in there and have a lot of cute things! I think that about checks off everything I wish to let future guest know! It is a beautiful place, and very accommodating!

An underrated location. It was two block walk from the beach and it was so close we could easily walk back if we forgot anything. There were shops and restaurants walking distance. The 10p noise curfew is amazing. Once 10p came it was quiet. My 15 yo son loved being on the inter-coastal so he could fish from the backyard pier whenever he wanted. The house was perfect sized for our family of four and our dog. There closest Publix grocery store was a 5 minutes drive away.

Highly enjoyed our stay at Milya’s condo. Ideal location! In the heart of uptown and only a 5-minute walk to The Galleria. There are numerous shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. A 10-minute drive to Memorial Park, 15 minutes to Hermann Park, and quick access to the highway. The condo is in a nice, secure building with a great gym and pool. Plenty of garage parking. Although in the city, it’s quietly tucked away and faces a lovely courtyard. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the water fountains below. Felt homey and peaceful. Furnishings and bed were comfortable. Most of all, it was very clean (coming from a clean freak). The kitchen had everything needed for making meal prep easy. Convenient washer and dryer. Milya was personable and fabulous to work. Always responsive, answered our questions, and very accommodating. We are glad to have found our home away from home the next time we visit Houston. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful accommodations! The condo is gorgeous and the view is the ocean is spectacular! Everything was spotless and kitchen well-stocked. Easy access to beach and lovely pools! 10/10 would recommend! We hope to come back next year!

Good location, more amenities than expected.

Our stay here was great! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The whole place was clean. We loved the location and the amenities. We can’t wait to come back!
