The location is fantastic! Right on the Riverwalk and close to The Alamo. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Rob & Julia had great communication the whole time. Check in was super easy. Parking was about a block away but easy to get to. The place was very clean. Overall a fantastic experience and trip!

We were overall happy with the place and enjoyed staying at the apartment. The apartment was newly renovated and everything was in a very good condition. There is no dishwasher, however; so the description should be updated to mention this. The kitchen would benefit from adding such small things as a can opener, pot holder and a dish drying rack. The outside area is quiet and beautiful. If you travel by car, bring your own beach equipment. Lea and Anna are good communicators, and we received answers to our questions quickly. If possible, please add a recycling option. We collected recyclables during our stay and were a bit disappointed that we could not properly dispose of them.

Great place to stay on Clearwater beach

Great location, very clean, had everything we needed, and comfortable! Perfect place for our get away.

We loved staying at Reside for our trip to Houston to see our son who lives in the Heights and go to the Houston Rodeo. Super convenient to the Heights, the interstate, and all things downtown. Loved the Lyric Market across the street with great breakfast and lunch options 1 min away. Loved the Press Waffle Co. especially. Front desk staff at Reside was the nicest! Very cool vibe. Loved the eclectic style and privacy of the rooms. Will definitely stay there again!

Amazing place

What can I say—Alicia’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! We had to change plans last minute with another host, and finding her home felt like the best kind of luck. She was super responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us during a moment of, dare I say, desperation. She even offered us an early check-in, which was a lifesaver since we had time constraints later that evening. We did hit a small bump in the road, but Alicia was quick to help and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. The home itself was perfect down to the last detail. Amazing location right on the river, convenient parking, great local shops and restaurants, and it’s all walkable—whether along the river or even by boat! Would absolutely stay again with Alicia as my host at her San Antonio gem, Riverwalk Chic by the Riverwalk!

Great place to stay, especially if plz bing to work from remotely or stay for a long time, but do note it’s an apart- hotel. Lots of space.

Drew's house was just as described! The pool was heated and the game room was a HUGE hit with the kids. I was able to cook for the family for the week as the kitchen had all necessities. Bonus points for washer and dryer downstairs, as I had clean clothes the whole trip! We cannot wait to come and stay again.
