We had a wonderful week, the flat was pristine, comfortable and peaceful. Just what we needed! Beth and Scott were great hosts, responding quickly to any questions we had. Ryde is a great base for exploring the island, and the flat is an easy walk to the town centre and restaurants etc.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed. It is spotlessly clean. The gardens we over looked were beautiful and we loved watching the birds feed. Roy has thought of everything you need to have a perfect stay and we will definitely be returning.

Everything we needed with young kids in a beautiful and unique setting with welcoming hosts. A lovely place for a few nights in the green. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katarina's apartment. She was an informative and responsive host. The apartment was light and airy, and spotlessly clean and tidy. Castle Road was quiet and funky. Would recommend and will be back!

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Had a lovely couple of nights at this property. The location is perfect, right by the beach. Walking distance to the shops. Parking on the drive for a smaller car but plenty of parking in the surrounding roads (paid but reasonable). Stones throw from the day entrance to Butlin’s. The flat itself is lovely and comfortable, no gas but lots of heaters and I think aircon. The bed is very high but comfortable. Check-in/out was very easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location! Took the family to see Arundel Castle which is very close to the Flat. We were able to park right out front. The center of town is a short walk from the flat so it's easy access for dining out and enjoying a stroll through this wonderful town. The flat was clean and everything worked well.

An amazing 2 nights that felt like we'd been away for a week! Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

We stayed at the Lodge as we had a swimming competition over the Easter weekend. The Lodge worked perfectly for what we needed, close to the pool and provided the much needed space and time to relax. Paul was very quick to respond when had a couple of questions. I would recommend the Lodge for anyone wanting to visit Portsmouth.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Extremely comfortable, clean and well stocked. Everything you could need is there. Rosie provided clear check in instructions and we appreciated the box of goodies she left. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

Sarah’s house is great and made our family gathering for a 70th birthday treat really special. The listing pictures are great, but the house in reality is so much more. The open plan part allows for lots of family time together, the garden provides both a place to relax and for children to play (the the hot tub an added bonus that was enjoyed by all) and the bedrooms are all well sized with comfy beds. East Wittering village centre and beach are a short stroll away with great places to eat and drink, with a lovely ice cream place right on the beach. Thanks to Sarah for being a great host and we hope to be able to stay again in future.

What a lovely, comfy and clean apartment to stay in! The space was super clean and had everything you could need with some really nice touches. The hosts were so friendly and helpful too. Thank you so much for such a homely getaway.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

The entrance is in the road called deanery close where there is a car park at the end of the road. The apartment however is beautiful inside, clean, airy, and quite. I really enjoyed my stay there. I did have a problem to start with but Andrew sorted it out immediately, and was very apologetic. I highly recommend this place and will be saving it in my favourites for a future place to stay.

Fantastic Airbnb, great communication throughout the process and the flat was extremely well equipped. Wouldnt hesitate to stay back there again if I was in the area.

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The host was a lovely lady who was very welcoming and gave us clear advice to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and the surrounding neighbourhood felt very safe. I would definitely book again.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and located in a beautifully quiet area with wonderful views. Sherryn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication was clear and Sherryn was very quick to respond to any messages. The kitchen was spotless and had everything that we needed. I can't recommend the apartment enough. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the rock pools. The perfect location for a weekend break!
