Good location. Just 15 min drive from the custom. There are shops and eateries at walkable distance. The house is clean and children friendly. My children love the books provided in their bedroom. Check-in is simple and convenient with clear instructions from the host. The host is friendly and is always responsive. He gets the house ready early and allows us to check in before 3pm. Overall, a great experience staying here.

The clear labels and instructions made it easy to settle in—such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The building’s amenities were a big plus—we loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym (plus the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful!). The sea and forest views were breathtaking, too. KC was the epitome of a perfect host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. Very clean and comfortable!! We’ve been to many Sunway Grid Airbnb, this is now our new favourite! There are many 5* reviewed listings we’ve been to in JB, but many aren’t always as clean as they should be. This apartment was clean and comfortable, with sufficient couch/seating space to lounge around. Beds were comfortable, with clean bedlinen. Appreciated the fact that kitchen had sufficient crockery & utensils, and clean towels as well. Location is pretty convenient too. Eateries and shops all within walking distance. We always love Sunway Grid coz it’s convenient yet peaceful, quiet and safe. Thank you for a comfortable stay. My kids esp love the game console, which was such a bonus for theme Will be back!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

The venue was very spacious and clean. definitely worth the money. Recommended if need space for large families

总体入住体验感十分不错👍房子总体干净整洁，设备齐全，卫生间的基础用品也都具备。跟房主沟通过程也非常流畅，入住过程也很丝滑。下次来新山还会选择这套房屋～

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.

レゴランドへ遊びに行くため宿泊しました。レゴランドまで、歩いて3分ほどの距離にあるのでとても便利です。 周辺にスターバックスコーヒーや24時間営業のスーパーもあり、食料品の買い出しなども便利でした。 また、レゴランドへ行く際はぜひ利用したいと思います。 困った事があった時もすぐに対応してくれて、メッセージのやり取りもとてもスムーズなので助かりました！

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.

Staying at twin tower residence at JB was an absolute pleasure! Andy is an amazing host, super friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the stay. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The house was thoughtfully set up with everything you might need and to top it you get a good view of city—from a small but fully functional kitchen for basic cooking to a cozy TV setup with Netflix and other OTT platforms for entertainment. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again!
