Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ideal und alles war gut erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Wij hadden een mooie week in Haus Weber. Het huis is mooi gelegen, charmant en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Gezellig, proper, authentiek, voldoende ruimte, ... We hebben Patrick niet ontmoet, maar de communicatie verliep goed. Zijn ouders kwamen wel een cadeautje brengen. Heel vriendelijke mensen :-) Een aanrader! Keren misschien ooit eens terug in de zomer!

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, genau wie beschrieben und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine schöne Zeit in GAP verbringen möchten!

Firstly, Werner is a responsive and very helpful host. Everything provided in the house is complete, size of the cabin just nice for us, 2 adult and 2 kids. The surrounding was beyond our expectation that snow field is just next to the house, very memorable experience for our kids as this is their very first experience with snow. Amazing view too as we were surrounded by mountain There are buses coming in but not sure on the schedule, but I recommend to rent a car so that can explore the nearby area. Will definitely come back again in future

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

我们全家都很喜欢这里，乡间的环境特别美，有牛、羊🐑，整片的草地绿油油的，还有远处的雪山，这种风光在城市里是无法享受的。 女主人很热情，提前在院子里等着我们。 房子很大，足够我们活动，如果是冬天，烧着柴火，感受德国的乡村氛围，一定很开心。 这里地段不错，离新天鹅堡只有半小时车程，来去很方便，附近的镇子开车大概7min，有Aldi超市和加油站，需要补给也十分方便，关键是小镇的建筑也很美，很干净。

Wir haben das Glück gehabt diese Unterkunft noch Recht kurzfristig zu bekommen da wir uns spontan noch auf eine Reise geeinigt haben. 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder waren dabei. die Unterkunft bietet mehr als genug Platz um alle unter zu bekommen. Theoretisch wäre noch weiterer Platz für einen weiteren gewesen. Das Dorf in dem die Unterkunft liegt ist sehr schön. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Lech der dort langfließt lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Wunderschön die Ecke da. Alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super einfach und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Selbst die anfänglichen Zweifel das es kein TV in der Unterkunft gibt (hat die kleineren Teilnehmer) sehr nervös gemacht. Aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt wurde das vermisst. Alles in einem sind wir sehr froh eine Unterkunft von Micha gehabt zu haben. Die übrigens super nett und immer erreichbar ist sollte es Fragen geben. Ich bzw Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen

Wunderschöner Blick von einer der Terrassen und ein wundervolles Haus für den Aufenthalt einer Familie 😍 Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen mit drei Kindern plus Hund 🐶 unterwegs zum Winterurlaub und das Haus ist perfekt für einen solchen Trip. Heidi ist super, was die Instruktionen angeht und es war alles da, um einen schönen Urlaub zu garantieren. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür 👍

Thomas’s place was amazing!! Everything was very new, clean, and the views were stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking, the fireplace was lovely, the decks (there are 2!) were amazing to relax on and even have dinner as there was a new grill, table, and full sets dining ware for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Only hard part was finding the place as you need to go up the steep road listed on the address and take a left that is not marked (and feels like you’re driving off the side of the road the first time). I will go back and hopefully bring more guests as Thomas finishes another sleeping room!

This place is a gem. The location is in my favorite neighborhood in Innsbruck, very walkable, authentic and so beautiful. Close to both the city center and the forest/hiking and super-well connected with public transportation, with a view of the Zaha Hadid's famous ski jump As someone who grew up in the region, this is one of the loveliest airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The air bnb is well appointed with all necessities and the two balconies are a dream; the bed is very comfortable and it is very spacious for 1-2 people. Wolfgang and his family are kind and very helpful. I hope to be back to this beautiful spot.

What a lovely gem, located on the winding river path in Oberammergau. We felt right at home and the family was very hospitable. Beautiful home with updated features and awesome fenced in backyard for your pets. Peaceful, quiet stay and very walkable into the center of town. Would definitely stay here again!

Katrins Unterkunft ist einfach jeden Cent wert! Sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr nette Nachbarschaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern und bis jetzt das sauberste Air BnB in dem wir gewesen waren. Alles wie geleckt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Sehr gemütlich und wohnlich eingerichtet, Vorallem mit dem Kamin. Sehr einfacher Check- in, alles ausführlich beschrieben und bei Rückfragen ( die eigentlich nicht mehr auftauchen können ) auch schnell erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft ist auch vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Excellent accomodation. And the summer card included was fantastic value for money! We had a brilliant stay.

We loved our stay! The apartment is clean and cosy and is fully equipped. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms warm. Hochoetz is a very easy 15 minutes away and Kuhtai is about 30 minutes. I recommend trying both Ski areas. Melanie was always helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Wir haben uns während des fünftägigen Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen Skiurlaub als Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen. Die Lage und die Entfernung zu Restaurants im Dorf ist perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The beautiful house was above our expectations. The host was very welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed the nature, the idyllic farm, and the comfort of the house. Thanks a lot for the amazing stay in Tirol.

We hadden een verblijf met 4 volwassen en 3 kinderen. Het huis was heel groot met ruime kamers en voldoende parking. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en het was echt proper. Het enige minpuntje… volgend jaar is dezelfde periode al geboekt.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der tollen Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Zu Beginn haben wir eine Führung durchs Haus bekommen und danach konnten wir auch schon den ruhigen Garten und den schönen Ausblick von dem Terrassen-Balkon genießen. Highlight war die Möglichkeit, die traumhafte Grillhütte paar Fahrminuten entfernt zu nutzen. Meine Schwester war auch sehr glücklich über den Wellnessbereich im Keller vom Haus 👌🏻

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Absolut empfehlenswert ! So eine schöne und saubere Villa habe ich schon lange nicht gesehen Die Lage ist perfekt und das beste ist der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmern auf die Berge. Alles war wie beschrieben und sogar im echt sieht es alles viel besser aus, als auf dem Bilder. Wir verbrachten einen außer gewöhnliches Wochenende und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

Was für ein traumhaft schöner Rückzugsort mitten in der Natur! Die Suttenhütte ist nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft – sie ist ein liebevoll gestaltetes Zuhause, das mit so viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Einfach mega. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem neugierigen Fuchs begrüßt. & der Sternenhimmel ist ne Wucht.
Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und gespürt, dass wir hier willkommen sind. Es ist ein Platz zum Ankommen, wohlfühlen. Dieser Ort schenkt Ruhe, inspiriert und lädt zum Träumen ein. 
Von Herzen freuen wir uns schon darauf wiederzukommen.

Super gemütlich mit großem Kamin, gemütlichem Sofa, Kuschel-Lounge, super bequemen Betten; tollem großen TV; Küche maximal ausgestattet; Lage top (man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen in den Wald; in den Ort; tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe ... Bruno & Sabine sind super-responsive und hilfsbereit ! Alles was man sich für entspannte Ferien wünscht ! Wir kommen wieder !

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.
