Inquire first on pets, there is a 50 lb. weight limit total, can be split up between 2 small dogs or 1 at 50lbs or less,must be house broken and friendly. Close to Saint Mary's historic city, Pt. Lookout State Park, Sotterley Plantation. Great hiking trails, restored colonial village,a replica of the Maryland Dove. Tour a lighthouse. Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Peaceful settings for relaxing right on the water,or kayak on the river.

Cottage on Cabin Creek

The cottage is the perfect getaway for couples. It is located on the water with two private piers for you to use. You may enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, canoeing or bird watching from the piers. There is a charcoal grill available and a fire pit. The cottage is secluded enough for relaxation, but not far from local attractions and restaurants. Note the cottage is best suited for 1 to 2 people.

This historic home was built in 1796 and is being lovingly restored by three generations of a family committed to creating beautiful, unique and comfortable spaces that can be a retreat away from home. This is a beautifully renovated home three blocks from the Choptank River. It's three finished levels and will easily accommodate a large group. This is a short walking distance to downtown Cambridge. I use this as a weekend getaway and make it available when I know I will not be there. It has been lovingly renovated and decorated with that in mind.
