Open and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom top-floor condo (3rd floor) in the perfect location! Only 15 minutes away from Seattle, 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 3 minutes from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. Tons of restaurant to choose from in the area. King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. If not followed we will charge guest $300 during the stay.

This fully furnished, light-filled studio sleeps 2 in a comfy queen bed, has a wood stove (wood provided), a full kitchen, bath with shower, picnic area and propane barbecue. Horses graze outside your window; wildlife abounds. Pets welcome with $45/1 or $60/2 fee. A non-smoking property.

Welcome to The Trees House! This is a newly renovated, private, second-floor walk-up. Enjoy natural views from your private deck, where you can grill dinner on the propane grill or relax by the glow of the tabletop outdoor fire bowl.
