Note:All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property unless accompanied by a parent. Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent.Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund. Note:NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 17th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
