I highly recommend a stay at the Doll House in Point Pleasant! Location is excellent, you can walk to the main strip with lots of restaurants & shops, and it's a short drive or bike ride to the beach/boardwalk. Street parking was plentiful, there's a small designated spot in driveway as well. Lots of patio furniture to chill w/ friends out back & my doodle pup loved the grassy fenced-in front yard. Check-in w/ the lockbox was smooth & the house was very comfortable. Big wraparound couch, plenty of dishes, extra bedding, strong A/C, W/D, DW, a desk to do some work, beach towels & chairs, etc.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Biff's place! The house is very clean, open, and bright. The many windows and doors fill the home with warm natural light (which was very welcome in the middle of winter!). The house is well situated on a quiet street in Lake Como, nestled away from busier streets, while still being close to restaurants in Belmar, Spring Lake, and Asbury Park. Biff took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay - he even had the outlets covered, which was a very thoughtful touch since we were staying with our one year old 😊 The kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed for meal preparation (the most well stocked of any AirBnb we've stayed at!) and the beds and linens were quite comfortable. Biff was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our time at the house. We can't wait to stay again soon. This is a beautiful, completely (recently) renovated, tastefully decorated and fully stocked home. The house was pristine and the owner very responsive and freindly. Our stay was offseason but the location is walkable to the beach. In a quiet, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home away from home. Could not have asked for a better stay with family. Very interactive hosts and their home exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return!

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

The apartment was clean & just as show in the photos & the service was incredible. Any need was taken care of and they bought us a few pizza pies while swimming in the relaxing pool. Not to mention, checking in and out was effortless and quick. Highly recommend.

A beautiful home with breathtaking views, even more beautiful in person. Chris was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. I loved it so much that I extended my stay!

A great place to stay. No noise, no neighbor worries if you want to have some late talks or music. Area is safe and easy to walk to restaurants, stores. The pool was awesome and the weather was even better! A great time. Hosts were super responsive. We would do it again for sure.

This was our second time staying at Zack’s & it was amazing! The location is perfect, the house is so cozy and backyard/pool is amazing. It really is the perfect vacation spot. Thank you Zack for another memorable family vacation! See you next year!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

We usually rent a lake house but we really enjoyed the pool. The house was exactly as described, close to grocery stores, and was a very enjoyable week

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.

Lovely house! Right next to the boardwalk/beach. Had all the amenities. Barbara communicated really well! We got to meet her and she was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Jerry's place was clean and cozy. Everything was supplied as promised and it was a great quiet getaway from the city for a couple days. Great place to chill with my family and the dogs! Would recommend!

The house is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! we wish we didn't have to leave. Jennifer is a GREAT host. Not only is she responsive, she's proactive. I look forward to working with her again!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.
