This property is the perfect vacation rental—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and located in a welcoming community. You'll be just minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants, entertainment spots, and top-notch amenities, making it incredibly convenient for all types of travelers. Trust me, choosing this place is a decision you won’t regret! My family and I had a fantastic experience during our stay and would absolutely return the next time we’re in town. Oh—and I can’t forget to mention our amazing host! They were attentive, knowledgeable, and always available to help with anything we needed. Truly a five-star experience all around.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and we pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Emily was always very good about communicating. The outdoor showers were a favorite. The kids loved the pool and the deck was the perfect place to relax. The screened in porch made the perfect spot for breakfast/coffee. So many beach toys available and the bunk house is super cute. Beds are very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting isn’t great but that wasn’t really a problem for us.

Eddie's house is great and he is a welcoming host. We enjoyed being able to spend time on the back deck and go down to fish from the dock. The beach was a short walk away and the location is convenient to be able to walk to the local shops nearby.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

Great place for a family getaway in Panama City. Four bedrooms with two master suites gives the home a great setup. Close to tons of restaurants, fun activities, beaches, and a great grocery store (Publix). Nice pool in the backyard as well.

We had a wonderful vacation in Florida and were lucky to stay at this beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully everything was arranged—down to the smallest details. It truly felt like a five-star hotel: spotless white towels, beautifully folded and plenty of them, including beach towels. The interior design of the house deserves the highest praise—the designer really did an amazing job. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and even a variety of spices, which made cooking a pleasure. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to stay here again in the future!

The home was very clean and super comfortable. Alma and Michael had a binder filled with any and all information you may need. They were extremely helpful and super easy to reach if/when needed.

Absolutely perfect location. Bert’s place is so cozy and clean- I extended 2 days because I didn’t want to leave.

Nina’s place was great! It is right across the street from the beach and so much to do near by. We only were at the bnb to sleep. Would definitely go back!

My girls and I enjoyed Michelle’s place. It had a beautiful view. Small and cozy, but had everything we needed for a short stay at the beach. Ice cream was a walk around the corner and souvenir store was across the street. Great location and clean! Thanks Michelle.

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

This was a beautiful condominium. Our family enjoyed the gated complex and letting our teens roam with a sense of security.

Everything was definitely as advertised! Nice, cozy location and would recommend!!
