great location. nice and clean. had everything you wanted. 5 minutes to the beautiful beach. place to wash off your feet or toys at the access gate. very close to St Andrews State Park(great park w/ awesome beach. very close to Panama city, which has great restaurants. there was a water break in the city, so had no water for a few days. the owners notified me and kept me updated. their communication was wonderful. pool was very nice. just a nice place. I usually stay at condos near Pier Park, but this has changed my mind. I really enjoyed the smaller condo. I like this end of PCB. I highly recommend this condo.

Communication with Joseph was just wonderful. The apartment was just as described. Felt like home and had absolutely everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and the beach was just a 5 minute walk. I hope to go back sometime.

I have a Great Dane and Mark went above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfect, and the guest next door Steve and his girlfriend were great neighbors. Hoping to be back next year. Rick and Pearl.

This place is beautiful! Even though it only had one room, this condo was very accommodating for my family of four. It had a comfy king size bed and queen sofa couch sleeper. Check in was easy and condo was very easy to access. The whole place was clean, and had everything that we needed for a perfect getaway. It has a perfect balcony that faces directly to the beach and the view is amazing. The beach is literally feet away! This condo also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that you access free of charge! Steve was very helpful and always very responsive. Keep in mind that there is a separate fee of $30 for parking and $6 each wristband for adults and children 12 & up that you pay directly there when doing the check in. However, the fees seemed fair as there were other places that charge way more. Definitely, recommend this place! I will for sure be booking again<3

This was a great place for my stay - very comfortable with a clean, well-equipped kitchen, strong hot shower, and great TV set-up. It also felt very secure. The car access to the beach parking was easy and effortless.

I would rent Doug's place again! He was very accommodating to a change in my dates very last minute; check out instructions were simple and easy to quickly follow. I appreciated that there wasn't a cluttering of decor obstructing my using the spaces for placing my things. I appreciated having not only overhead lighting but also bedside lighting. Though I didn't cook in the kitchen, it was well stocked for eating. Truly a clean, fresh place.

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

Dean was a wonderful host. The house was perfect for our getaway. My grandson was with us. We had easy access to the pac play and high chair. This was wonderful having these two items in the house. Less to pack!!! The chairs and beach toys were awesome! Dean has everything you would need for your stay. The backyard was perfect for a relaxing evening. I would definitely recommend this cute, spacious house!!!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! We had an amazing time staying at this condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, the beds were super comfy, and we especially loved the balcony with the stunning view perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The building itself was quiet and felt very safe, and the pool area was a great bonus! The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway!

First, this condo is inside the Pelican Beach Resort. Because of that, you do have to stop by the front desk to pick up a parking pass and a wristband in order to enjoy the pool and beach. Ragip informed me of all this in advance and it was very much appreciated. The condo is on the 2nd floor. The view from the kitchen, living room and balcony was amazing! It was a clear, unobstructed ocean view. The condo was clean and in order. There were some late spring breakers and some kids next to us who were pretty loud but that's not the fault of the owner. This was our first trip to Destin and I would defitely stay here again when I come back.

we had a wonderful stay at Terrah's place. Could'nt have been easier to check in. The gate and door codes worked perfectly. The a/c was a beast. It kept the condo as cool as we wanted it because it was hot! It was clean and had everything we needed. This was our first experience with Airbnb and this beats a hotel hands down. We felt at home and will do it again. Terrah was fast in responding to my questions and that means a lot. Our stay was again wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Dmitriy’s condo. The condo has comfortable beds and sofas and is well stocked with initial supplies, towels, and beach towels. We loved the view of ocean from the balcony each morning with breakfast. The hosts were proactive ahead of check-in and super responsive when we had an issue getting cable in the unit. It was fixed within a few hours. The only downsides and these are more about the property, not the condo 1) is the gym is super outdated and needs new equipment and flooring (note the host shared that the condo assoc has it on their list to update soon), and 2) we wished that 1 of the 3 pools was designated as non-smoking. We aren’t smokers and found it difficult to avoid the smell of cigarettes.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was thoroughly clean, beautifully furnished, and in a picturesque and private area. The beautiful beach was within walking distance and the pool was directly downstairs. We highly recommend Oana’s Destin getaway!

We enjoyed a four-night stay in the middle of April. To our surprise, it was not packed during this time of year, as we expected spring breakers. It was peaceful, safe, and had lots of fun things to do. My kids loved the bungee jump, feeding the fish, pool, playground, marina boardwalks, and playing on the beautiful grounds. We enjoyed walking to dinner instead of getting into the car again. The condo was nicely equipped and clean. We loved the porch and watched ospreys feed their babies in a nest right off the porch. We highly recommend staying at this property!

Joey & April's was exactly as described. When we arrived we had to reach out due to contractors doing some painting on the building. Joey & April responded within 30 minutes and assured us they would be gone directly. The beach is right across the street and there is a cute coffee shop right next door! I would highly recommend this as a weekend getaway.
