We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. Our family had a wonderful long weekend. Beautiful views, inside of the main house is lovely and spacious; the four king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were comfortable; tavern is an ideal place to hangout and play board games; great room had perfect views of the foliage and plenty of seating for whole family. The outside of the property is massive (including an orchard) for long walks that provided an ample place for my family to have our annual family relay race! Karen was wonderful to communicate with. The pond house is was a marvelous place in the mornings to sip coffee and see the deer passing through! Was a delight to stay here 😊

We loved it here! The perfect place for a small group of writers to stay and write, walk by the sea, and eat good food over interesting discussions.

Kati’s house is a beautiful beach house and would be a dream in the summer. We came in December for Christmas Prelude so while we couldn’t enjoy the beach, the house was well equipped for the cold weather with a cozy electric fireplace and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were able to walk into town and back (about a mile, but there are sidewalks and streetlights, and it was easier and safer than driving). We felt right at home in the spacious and open living area. The master bedroom has a sliding door out to the back deck that doesn’t lock and was therefore quite cold, so we did not sleep in this room. Also, Kati stayed in the unit downstairs, so while we did not share any actual living spaces, we did share the overall property (not sure if this is always the case, or just happened to be while we were there). This did not disrupt our experience at all, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had a lovely gathering of friends here. Anh was helpful in answering our questions ahead of time and during our stay and helped us with an early checkin and flexible checkout. We kept a fire going in the woodstove to keep it cozy, walked to town and the water, and explored nearby trails and a quarry. We’d love to come back sometime.

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

5 stars! This stay was everything we hoped for and more. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The view of the Motif #1 was absolutely stunning—such a special treat to wake up to each day. The bed was super comfy too, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

the pictures dont do justice. this cozy quiet get away has a beautiful view to enjoy waking uo to or sitting at the window bench to read a book. to the cozy patio that has a small yard that leads to the beach which let me tell you was a beautiful view. we come up to Salem regularly and I think we found our new regular spot

Absolutely fantastic historic apartment in downtown! Easy walk to the cafes and small businesses. Parking was free from 9pm to 8am so easy overnight parking. Even gave us a free wine bottle in thw frodge waiting for us after a long drive. Can't day enough great things!

This is a huge space. There are a lot of stairs so don't rent this if you have trouble with stairs. The location was close to Boston but you will need a car or you will be taking the bus/T. There isn't any stores or restaurants nearby unless you want to walk a 1/2 mile or so. It was perfect for what we needed.

Lisa and Bob were so kind and accommodating. I felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

I needed a special place for a special weekend. I didn't want to propose in a loud, busy Boston location. I wanted private, quiet and intimate. Thats what the photos felt like and I'm happy to say that was the exact experience. April is a perfect time with sunny weather in the 50's. We had a pleasant conversation with Susan in the shared driveway on our way to dinner. She recommended Seaport Grill, specifically the Chilean Sea Bass. It did not disappoint. Plus the Hammond Castle. It was an unforgettable weekend. She said Yes!

Juan's place was perfect for our stay. Everything as described and reasonably priced.

A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!
