The apartment is beautiful. The side porch is charming and it was so nice to be able to open the doors for fresh air and sit outside in the morning with coffee. The shower is strong, hot and spacious. The neighborhood was great- you are just a walk away from tons of places to eat, drink or shop. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this CHC Vacation Rental. The rental was clean and in a great location. We have already recommended it to friends and family and will stay here again next time we are in Charleston!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Important things for me are, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the place was clean. We did not have coffee, but we survived -The beach access is nice, we enjoyed the screened porch and having a bed that faces the ocean with double doors that open made for a spectacular view. The location was very convenient to downtown. The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. Bathrooms were squeaky clean. It was a good location for us to explore Charleston.

Great weekend getaway with the wifey - loved being right by the marina and within walking distance to morning coffee and restaurants. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Great location, comfortable stay.

Lovely space for my daughter and me w/ our own bedroom and bathroom. This is the ground floor of a multi-floor property so getting in and out of the unit was easy. Interior is impeccable. All fixtures and furnishings, linens and towels and outstanding. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home right on the marsh provided a great space to gather with family. Back deck was an amazing place to hang out and close to everything@

Overall it was a good stay. Close to IOP, easy to find, and good proximity to restaurants and grocery. House was in decent condition but had some shortcomings (Outdoor TV not present, leaky faucets inside, etc.) but nothing major enough to not stay here again.

Had an amazing 10 day stay at Joseph's place in Charleston. We were there for both work and play and the pad is perfect for a small family traveling with pets. In fact, we picked it literally because he allowed dogs which almost no one else in the area did. Easy to find, good located in North Charleston, super clean and fun vibe in the house. We loved the exposed interior brick and unique decorations which added warmth. The living room sofa is huge and super comfy. He just upgraded to a huge new tv as well which we enjoyed for movie nights. Joseph himself was awesome all the way with excellent communication and good recommendations. Would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Perfect size for the traveling trips girls trip! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to beach and downtown Folly. Joshua was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent again from him on another trip.

Our family of 5 (with kids aged 4,6, and 14) absolutely loved our stay ! The house was easy to find and was in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to restaurants and groceries and around only 15 minutes to Folly Beach. Our host was fantastic with communication and even prepared some delicious brownies with considerations for my food allergies. The house was clean and comfortable. This home has what families need most when traveling, such as blackout curtains on the windows and a step stool in the bathroom as well as toys and children’s books. The bedrooms had chargers for our phones and devices which was so handy! The beds were very comfortable too. The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit and plenty of seating as well as a relaxing water feature should you want to slip out and have some quiet time with a book. We were very pleased to find the console piano in tune as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again!

Michael’s home surpassed our expectations. Beautiful spacious kitchen to fit our family. Everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements. Screened in heated pool was very nice. We made use of the outside barbecue and hot tub. There were games on the main level and a game room and work out bench on top floor. There was something for all ages. The beach was in walking distance and everything we needed for the beach was there. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas and the 2 wagon’s for the grandkids. Our family came to Hilton Head from 4 different states and we had the best vacation ever! We hope to come back again. Thank you Michael!

Great location on inter coastal waterway, within walking distance to Folly Beach, 20 minutes to Charleston. Roomy, comfortable and well kept condo with wonderful sunset views over marsh area seen from back porch every night.

Great condo for our family of four for our HHI beach vacation. We love HHI and the condo didn’t disappoint and helped serve as the perfect home base for a perfect vacation!

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Dawns place was great. Very clean and, easy access and super comfy. Thanks Dawn. We very much enjoyed our time.

This unit has a picture perfect location and we had an excellent stay. Finding a large unit wasn’t easy, but this one ticked all the boxes: spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It was fully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the stunning ocean views and sunrises every morning. The hosts provided clear instructions for a seamless check-in/out process. We had a wonderful stay at Shelter Cove-Palmetto Dunes Resort hosted by Yelena & Alex. The house was incredibly convenient, well-equipped, and spotless.
