I had a great time staying at Janette’s place in Napa. It was better than advertised and Janette was easy to work and super helpful when I needed to extend my stay. The unit was in perfect condition and was actually nicer than I expected. Major plus - the unit is centrally located and the resort had a super convenient shuttle to downtown Napa in the late afternoon and evening. I will definitely come back to Janette’s place when I am in Napa.

Great apartment with a stunning view, in the best location. Mary is lovely and very communicative. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay. Great hiking right out the door and delicious restaurants very close! Natalie and Eugene made everything very easy and the place was spotless. Hope we’ll come back some day!

Not much else you can say other than the word surreal. What a peaceful and stunning environment. Keep in mind you should definitely rent a car if you stay here, but it’s not too far from many incredible and unique towns in the area. If I could give this a 10/5 I would. An extra perk is having Hazel the cat come visit you at various points in the day. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. We had the best time and will be recommending this to anyone that tells us they want to visit Sanoma.

The carriage house was perfect for 2 people. We loved watching the chickens in the yard and petting Navi, their friendly cat.

Nice place. Couple minor issues with the resort, but not a reflection on the host. Ligia was very friendly and thorough about letting us know what to expect.

This place is amazing, so cozy, easy to access, with very convenient parking, fast wi-fi and so on. The location is just few steps ways from Angele Restaurant (You have to try the French Onion Soup which is fantastic) and ingeneral, so close to downtown. We stayed at Scott's home for 8 days - 4 adults, and three grandchildren. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and the home. The home was in a very nice neighborhood, it was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked and appointed. The home really was spotless and clean. Scott checked in a couple times just to make sure everything was fine - much appreciated. There is plenty of space to hang out comfortably inside, but also the yard is just fantastic. A nice, big comfy seating area, large dining table, and large play space for kids. The yard is also completely enclosed so you can let the kids play without worrying. A nice gas grill outside too. This home was great for a family with kids, but I can also see it working well for three or four couples who visit. Wineries and attractions are close. I could go on and on but I am sure you get the message - stay here, it is great. Thanks, Scott.

Julia was a wonderful and responsive host. The place is stunning, sipping wine watching the sunset over the vineyards . . . . oh marrôn!

A very lovely house to stay in! We were given the wrong code at check in but they immediately were able to assist and were always responsive. The backyard and hot tub are beautiful and we would love to stay again.

Amazing location - the beach pass to the private beach made this stay already worth it! Irish beach is stunning and so empty, we loved it. The space has lovely windows overlooking a yard where many deer come visit and we even saw a bobcat! The hot tub is great and probably the best Airbnb hot tub we’ve been in! I’m sure the upstairs balcony was amazing as well - we just didn’t use it much since it rained most of our stay. Our dog enjoyed the yard very much, it’s very private and far away from other people’s houses. It’s not fenced but a long line worked just as well! I would mention that it would have been good to know ahead of time that the place does not have a full kitchen. The freezer is not medium - it’s tiny and doesn’t freeze well. There is no real stove, just hot plates, no blender, not a real oven etc. It would have been good to know ahead of time since we usually bring food for trips and like to cook. We would definitely book again and just plan for different food!

Our family returned from a wonderful stay this past weekend at the A frame hosted by Judy and others. The 4-bedroom home was situated in a peaceful, quiet area, nestled in nature, next to a small hillside. Spacious wrap around deck as well as large front and back yards. It was equipped with multiple amenities making our stay even more comfortable; hot tub, sauna, heated floors, bidet toilets, heated towel racks to name a few! Absolutely loved that the private beach was nearby and gorgeous! Thoughtful décor matched the tranquil setting. Big nod to the environmentally conscientious cleaning products too. Great place to rejuvenate! We would definitely love to return here again.

Third or fourth time we've stayed at Blue Water Vista, and as always the house was immaculate and welcoming.

Just wrapped up a week at this beautifully designed Scandinavian ranch for our annual family reunion and my dad’s birthday—such a fantastic stay. Spotlessly clean, stylish yet cozy, and exactly as advertised. The airy, minimalist design made it feel instantly relaxing, and the well-placed desk was perfect for getting some work done. The twin beds had a bit of a playful squeak, but nothing that took away from the comfort. The location was a bonus—just a few miles from Skywalker Ranch (yes, we slowed down to soak it in) and 45 minutes from Point Reyes, where we hiked through stunning coastal landscapes. And then there’s the cheese trail—some of the most authentic, flavorful cheeses I’ve ever tasted. Overall, this was exactly the kind of place you want for a low-key, comfortable, well-located stay. Relaxing, easy, and close to some really cool spots. Most delightful stay a stone-shot away from San Francesco!

We just finished an incredible girls weekend up at Dave and Julian's place. The beds were all so comfortable, the place is huge, and the outdoor space would have been amazing had we had warmer/better weather but we didn't miss having that options too much. All the surfaces to sit were mostly very comfortable and fit our 4 people well, and we also enjoyed the dual heating. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to go around, and the kitchen was so spacious and nice. DoorDash is easy to get to the house with lots of options if you're too tired from exploring to go back out for a meal. I loved that this is in a country setting but SO CLOSE to downtown Sebastopol, it made that much more cozy for us. We can't wait to book another stay in the future, and it has been a gem of a find in our girl's trip adventures. *If you are allergic to dogs, don't stay here. There was some dog hair on the couch, which isn't a big deal for us as we are all dog people. Just something to note!*

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

This stay was FANTASTIC! A perfect condo for a girls trip. Location was PERFECT for anyone going down 28 for wine tastings - easy to get in and out and there’s a gas station close by. Never heard neighbors. I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very large. If I had to say anything at all, there are blinds on all windows but no curtains/blackout curtains. Because the front yard area is lit well, the room was not as dark as we would’ve liked.

The place was great and easy to check-in. The Silverado resort itself is great and beautiful. We went for a walk around the golf course and it was really pretty. Would definitely recommend the place.

This was our second time staying in Kate’s condo and it was once again perfection. The unit is so beautifully decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout - plenty of linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and more! It is such a relaxing and enjoyable space when visiting Napa. Thank you Kate for sharing your beautiful home with us!
