Only few steps to Seapoint promenade, where citizens walk along the atlantic ocean and paragliders come down from signal hill. Prime Location right by the beach and much more!!!

A hop, skip and jump away from the beach, vibey restaurants, shopping malls and the open top bus tour stop. V&A Waterfront is a 10 minute drive from my apartment. Close to the world famous sea point swimming baths. Sea Point is one of the sought after locations on the Atlantic Seaboard. The promenade is across the road perfect for those stunning sunset strolls. Clean, modern space.
