A brilliant place to stay, did exactly what I needed it to do.

El apartamento de Elaine es muy cómodo y acogedor. Buena ubicación (cerca del centro) y contar con aparcamiento es una gran ventaja si viajas en coche. Cocina bien equipada, limpieza excelente, noches tranquilas, zona rodeada de servicios (restaurantes, supermercado). Excelente opción para visitar Edimburgo y los alrededores. Gracias a Elaine por su atención.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped modern apartment (the only thing missing was a coffee maker). The heat worked very well. Despite being close to a busy street, the apartment was quiet, even for a picky sleeper like me, with good curtains and shades to keep out the morning light. The bed was big and comfortable. Being on the ground floor, it was somewhat dark, but we hadn't come to hang out there, so that was fine. Location was brilliant, being right down the steet from Haymarket train station and the Airlink bus. It's close to many food stores, cafes and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk from both Princes Street and an entrance to the Water of Leith walking path. Adam was very responsive to our questions during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Paula and Robbie's place is compact and comfortable with everything needed. It was warm and we lacked for nothing. It was everything that they described and they were wonderful communicators. We would recommend their flat.

Our stay at Steve and Gillian's place was wonderful. They had thought of everything. The atmosphere and surrounds were relaxing, modern and well presented.Some breakfast starters were thoughtful and appreciated The outdoor area was also beautiful. This stay deserves a five-star rating! Eddie and Pauline were exceptional hosts—receptive, informative, and welcoming. The apartment was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Situated in a quiet and safe part of Edinburgh, it was just a pleasant walk to both Old Town and Holyrood Park. This experience exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended!"

A estadia aqui foi incrível! É tudo lindo e super bem decorada e acolhedora e fez-nos sentir em casa, mas muito melhor- sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos no Shire a viver uma Hobbit (LOTR) experience. Eheh. As redondezas são muito pacíficas e com transportes e ótimos mercados a 5 min. E os hosts foram super responsivos e ajudaram-nos em tudo o que precisámos. Queremos muito voltar uma próxima vez! Everything went smoothly and the flat was clean, spacious, and quiet. The amenities, like washer and dryer, were wonderful. While the location was slightly off the common "tourist path," we actually appreciated that and it was an easy bus ride or Uber back to the flat each night. We also enjoyed the local pub and the food choices nearby. My only issue was the lack of communication about the 3 flights of stairs/no lift. This fact is mentioned in other reviews (as I see now), but not in the description of the property nor in the initial instructions for accessing the flat. The stairs themselves are not Ben's fault and as I learned on my 14-day journey through Ireland and the UK, accessibility is not a priority in these old cities. That's fine. But the lesson for me I guess is to read reviews a little more closely, as that's the only place the stairs are mentioned. I have bad knees so trekking up the stairs each night after a long day was, quite simply, torture. But still a great stay.

It was our first time visiting Edinburgh and we were greeted to a very lovely welcome from Claire with some Scottish treats! Such a nice touch. The apartment was the perfect location with much of what we wanted to do being about a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of the city. There are many very good restaurants in the local Bruntsfield area. The apartment was the perfect bolthole, spotlessly clean and tidy, excellent kitchen and comfy sofas and bed! Thanks for making our first visit cosy and comfortable Claire. We will be back!

The place is amazingly beautiful and the surrounding is serene and safe. We immediately felt at home and loved the place so much that we extended our stay there. Ross is a very helpful and responsive host who went all the way out to respond to our inquiries. I would definitely reconmend Ross's place to others.

Logement très bien situé, dans une rue calme, à environ 30mn à pieds du centre et bien desservi en bus. Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Adam est réactif, accueillant et laisse aux invités leur indépendance. Très bon séjour.

Sabrina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war auch sehr hilfreich mit unserem zahlreichen Gepäck. Auch das Gepäck konnte nach dem Auschecken noch problemlos in der Wohnung gelassen werden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Absolutely lovely house and in nice little village. Everything that was promised was delivered, we had a lovely little hamper too with tea and coffee which was a lovely touch! The hot tub was stunning and the garden was a very good size. Our only issues were that this was a 4 person hot tub, for a house that sleeps 5 so wasn't the best fit - also the kitchen lacked a couple of pans/equipment if you were wanting to cook each meal. But would definitely return again and would recommend!!! Thank you :)

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
