We were looking for a spot several family members could meet over the holidays. There were 6 adults and this house was perfect! Very relaxing, plenty of space and so cozy. We would highly recommend.

The Herb Cottage was quiet, cozy, and perfect!! I will definitely stay here again! Jim and Theresa were so warm and inviting. I felt very much at home.

Excellent host. Super fast responses to messages. House was as described. Plenty of room for 9 adults to stay. Only downside was if you weren't the first to shower you the water wouldn't be warm.. but I'm sure if we gave a few minutes between showers it would've been fine. Definitely would stay again!!

Rustic Farmhouse with Sweeping Forest Views

Our team rented this property for a company retreat, and it couldn't have been a better fit. The entire house was immaculately clean, which made everyone feel comfortable right away. A major highlight was the integrated Sonos speaker system – having quality sound easily accessible throughout the indoor spaces and extending outdoors was a huge plus for creating the right ambiance during breaks and evening gatherings. This house provided a great environment for both productivity and team bonding. Highly recommended, especially for groups

The place was great and just what we were looking for. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the stay (as did our dog). Nate was super responsive whenever we had questions (or a favor). We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home and property that served our mini family reunion well. What a treat to have a lovely patio and pool area to hang out and enjoy the surrounding nature. Lots of room for sitting/enjoying meals together outside (and inside) and loved seeing the chicken and horses in the property. Harmala was very responsive during our stay and we appreciated her flexibility with our check-in and departure times. Added bonus was the multiple gorgeous flower arrangements she made with all of the blooming flowers on the property. Thank you, Harmala!

What a beautiful place to stay - private and peaceful, a gorgeous natural backyard, beautifully decorated, comfy... a secluded getaway that's still close to everything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone I know heading to the Twin Cities!

Great space for an extended family stay. Enjoyed the great patio spaces, beautiful lake with kayak, well appointed kitchen, and large dining table and living room. Main floor was very accessible for family with a walker and they were able to navigate the few steps to the main patio too, but would be nice to have the main bathroom shower upgraded some day to be a more accessible walk in shower (there is a walk in shower upstairs). Host/brother very responsive to a few questions that came up.

Great place to stay and perfect for six of us. Comfortable places to hang out and each have our own space. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping and central for our local family in the area. I would stay here again!

The stay was great! Beautiful spot, perfect for two people! J’s spot had everything. It was also extremely clean. The internet speed is wonderful for those working from home. We loved going on morning walks around the area. The coffee shop down the street is fantastic. Definitely get groceries out of town since there isn’t much in town.
