An absolutely beautiful hide away from the world! The views, the serenity, the fondue set, and the fireplace all made for an unforgettable 3 nights. The chalet is ideal for a couple, or a small family, wanting to switch off and enjoy some peace. If we ever get the chance to return we would jump at it. Markus was the perfect host, incredibly helpful every step of the way and excellent communication.

Unser Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie war super. Wir haben die Atmosphäre des Chalet genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Schwedenofen hat sehr schnell das Chalet aufgeheizt und es war sehr gemütlich.

Wir suchten einen ruhigen, abgelegenen Ort, abseits von Trubel. Mit dem Holzerheim haben wir dies gefunden. Das Haus ist technisch gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert bestens (Warmwasser, Bodenheizung, Strom, Musikanlage, Geschirrspüler, Dusche, Badewanne, Cheminée, grosser Speicherofen). 50 m neben dem Haus befindet sich das Restaurant Conn, welches sehr ansprechende und feine Gerichte anbietet. Das Haus präsentiert sich in Wirklichkeit besser wie auf den Fotos präsentiert. Die Fahrbewilligung ermöglichte, das Haus mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ausserdem besteht eine Postautoverbindung nach Flims mit Haltestelle wenige Meter vor dem Haus. Es war sicher vorteilhalft, dass wir uns mit Feuern (Cheminée, Speicherofen) etwas auskannten. Es war genügend Holz vorhanden, das man gebrauchen konnte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Haus entspricht dem, was ich mir als Ski-Traum-Hütte vorstellen würde. Urig eingerichtet, makellose Ausstattung (Spiele, Küchenausstattung alles da, viel Liebe in der Einrichtung) und die Skigebiete direkt um die Ecke. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. ☺️

Wir waren leider nur 3 Tage im Walkers Cottage. Es ist wunderschön da! Alles, was man braucht, vorhanden, sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Lucy und Andi! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It was our third stay in Fabienns holiday house. We came back here because the house is gorgeous, equipped with everything you need, feels like a home away from home. It has every comfort you need, tastefully decorated and it is vers clean. The area is awesomely beautiful. It starts with the view out the window and from the balcony. We had our breakfast on the balcony each morning. We went hiking almost every day. Just pack a bag and walk out of the house and you can make great trips. Especially the walk up to the Talalpsee was our absolute favorite. We're definately coming back a fourth time!!

Sehr einfacher Check-in, Betten bereits frisch bezogen und alles was nötig war da. Von Frischhaltefolie über Kehrichtsäcke bis zum wasch-gel in der Dusche, super, falls man etwas zuhause vergessen hatte. Perfekte Aussicht mit Tisch und Liegestühlen, genau was wir gebraucht haben, um die Tage auszuspannen und die Berge zu geniessen. Ein bisschen Berghüttenfeeling, aber nahe beim Dorf, alles gut erreichbar. Unser Aufenthalt im Laaxerstöckli war wunderschön, vielen Dank an Adrian!

Tolle Unterkunft, wirklich TOP!

What a fantastic stay we had! Everything you could need was provided and there were plenty plates, glasses, pans etc. The whole house was very clean and plenty space for our group of 8 adults. The views are amazing from every angle both day and night. If you are thinking of booking this accommodation, you should! Thank you Tom for a great stay.

We booked a two-night stay at Markus place in August 2024. It is a cozy chalet in a charming Swiss village with a handful of houses. The place was clean, comfortable, with a mix of beautiful traditional woodwork and modern kitchen and bathroom at the same time. The village is very quiet so you are also expected to respect the locals and not get too loud. We had 3 kids with us and that was not a problem for us. Although there are no stores or restaurants within the village itself, we found it very conveniently located, we were able to easily reach nearby towns to explore mountains, lakes or go out for dinner. Everything was under 30 min away and we managed to explore lots during our short stay. Overall highly recommend as a base for exploring the area if you love peace, quiet and falling asleep with cow bells. 🇨🇭🧀🐄

What an amazing modern home in a beautiful location! I would recommend anyone consider staying in this beautiful home! We travelled with our 3.5 year old twins and it was such a joy stay here. If we return to Switzerland, we'd love to stay here again.

Très joli petit chalet, intérieur cosy et bien aménagé. Nous avons eu la chance davoir beaucoup de neige pour Noël : cetait magique ! L'endroit est isolé et nous avons apprecié d'etre coupés du monde ( avec internet et tout le confort moderne). Acces skis au pied tres appreciable. Notre hôte a organisé le transport de nos bagages en moto-neige. Catarina a repondu avec beaucoup de réactivité à toutes nos demandes. Il y avait un petit magasin avec des produits de pemiere nécessité bien utile. Merci pour tout!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful place, we stayed for a long weekend, and had different people coming on different days, and were able to wash the sheets between which was awesome. The space is so well set up for lots of people with lots of showers and places to sit at the kitchen table. It was quite close to the bus, which came quite frequently - especially to get to the ski hill in the morning and back in the afternoon.

Our entire stay at the Airbnb was truly exceptional. The breathtaking views from the property were beyond words, especially at night when we had the opportunity to stargaze. The highlight of our experience was definitely the private apres ski in the wine cellar, the sauna & pool which added a touch of luxury to our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories with their family and friends. It was an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations. 💝

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just a one-minute walk down the stairs to the lake, with a beautiful view. The area around the house is very green and peaceful — great for grilling and relaxing. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much time to fully enjoy all the amenities, but everything was very inviting. We would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Doodles Chalet empfangen, die Aussicht aus der oberen Wohnung ist sehr schön und sie war ausreichend eingerichtet - zum kochen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und auch zu 10 hatten wir genug Platz für ein gemeinsames Essen am Tisch. Wichtig zu erwähnen finden wir dass man nicht wie beschrieben die komplette Unterkunft für sich hat (Besitzer bewohnt das EG) , sondern dass diese in 2 separate Wohnungen (eine im UG eine im OG) aufgeteilt ist. Diese sind mit einem gemeinsamen Treppenhaus verbunden. Eines der Doppelbetten ist nur über eine recht steile Leiter zu erreichen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der Pool war leider nicht wie beschrieben ganzjährig benutzbar und der Fitnessraum nicht zugänglich. Zum Leid der mitgereisten Teenager haben die Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Parkmöglichkeiten hatten wir ausreichend direkt an der Unterkunft.

sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist schön eingerichtet. Bequeme Matratze. Super Lage, direkt neben der Gondelbahn. Wir hatten vier tolle Tage.
