There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

This property is in a perfect location, providing easy access to both the upper & lower Cape, near numerous restaurants & activities, in a quiet neighborhood & within a short walking distance to some of the Cape's best Nantucket Sound beaches. With Bass River Beach nearby & Windmill Beach even closer, you can enjoy a short walk or take your bike. The kitchen and living room were fully renovated in Spring 2022 and both full bathrooms were gut-renovated in January 2020.

Cape Hideaway

Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
