We had a great stay in this apartment. It was very easy to find and the designated parking space is excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. It was great stepping out on to the balcony. A 15 minute stroll and you were in the centre of York. This is a highly recommended apartment and we would definitely stay again. Gina is an excellent host.

The property was great for our short break, and we found it clean and tidy; the self check in was straightforward with clear instructions given by the host. Vicky was a really friendly, responsive and attentive host throughout our stay. Peaceful surroundings and a good location for the beach and local amenities.

I would throughly recommend this fantastic apartment, parking and check in was easy and the apartment luxurious and spacious. Views stunning.

This apartment was a great place to stay. Andrew’s instructions on how to get toThe Bay and how to check in on arrival we’re very clear. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed - we appreciated the tea, coffee, milk and shortbread biscuits. The Bay is quiet at this time of year, so no issues with finding a parking space. We took full advantage of the private access to the beach - but beware, the path is very steep! However it’s worth it, as the views from the bay are exceptional. The location is also great for visiting Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby. This was our first experience of Airbnb and it was great. We can certainly recommend this lovely apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks Andrew.

We had 3 nights in York and Josh’s house was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Josh was very responsive to any queries at all times. Great location and easy walk into York centre. Would definitely stay there again

Sutton Hall is more stunning than the photos. Great accommodation with flexible bedroom set up comfy beds and pillows, plenty of crockery and glassware to have a lovely meal. The grounds and facilities really add to the place - lovely pool, gardens and hot tub. Easy booking system and private use. Perfect venue for friends meeting up or families to enjoy some quality time together. Fully recommend a stay at Sutton Hall and easy reach of lots of fabulous walks and villages.

Very clean, high quality accommodation on a wonderful site with great facilities and access to Filey and surrounding areas. We used the pool a lot and that was very enjoyable, as well as walking down to the beach. Our baby loved using the toddler pool as well. Troy was really helpful and the flat has everything you might need.

We stayed at Bay Retreat for 2 nights. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, lovely and warm and well equipped. It is just a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, we walked into Filey and back along the coast, gorgeous! It's close to some good pubs and restaurants. We didn't stay long enough to use the facilities that are included on the holiday village site, such as the pool, sauna, steam room etc but that's a bonus for if you have a longer stay or the weather isn't too good. We would definitely stay again.

Really nice apartment, right near the beach (about 5 mins walk). You can see the sea from the living room window which is a lovely bonus. The apartment itself is nice and clean with lovely decor, really well put together. The photo's don't do it justice. Convenient for parking as you get a parking permit, the place is just off one of the main streets but is nice and quiet. Would highly recommend, it's our go-to whenever we visit Scarborough, you won't be disappointed.

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Perfect location, beautiful apartment. Well looked after- the place was spotless. And one of the few in the area that had a parking space (some clearer instructions to get to the back of the property may be helpful) but honestly we had the best stay. Comfiest beds I have ever stayed in, great amenities and location was so close to the centre of Whitby. Would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks for a great stay

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

I had an amazing stay at Rukaya’s, the property was so beautiful and peaceful. The host is very friendly and kind, I would like to recommend her property as it was a perfect stay for larger group of people and we had a great time!

Lovely comfortable and clean house. Great location for the beach and to get around the local area. The kids enjoyed the board games, bucket and spades and playing with other children on the site. We enjoyed a walk along the beach into Filey which was nice. The house was lovely and warm and cosy. Also liked the fact there were plenty of hangers and space to store out stuff! We struggled to use the swimming pool on site because it was so busy with it being Easter holidays and the weather being bad. This is obviously no reflection on the accommodation itself but our kids were a bit disappointed as that’s one of the reasons we booked the place. Just worth bearing in mind if visiting in school hols - best to go early morning.

Lovely house and outdoor space with plenty of room for a family of four an the kids made use of the board games provided. The house is in a great location to visit different areas of Scarborough. Jon's communication was great and check-in / check-out were hassle free. Good value for money.

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Beautiful house, lovely host, in a very idyllic part of Yorkshire. Perfect for big groups who want to get out into nature and maybe grab the odd drunk in a country pub. I researched a lot of Air BnBs in the surrounding area and can say with some confidence that this is the best by far.

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

Lovely place for families. Peaceful and relaxed holiday. Walks on the beach and free access to the pool helped on rainy days. Waterpark at Scarborough was great. On-site shop was useful. Nearest EV fast charger is a Scarborough mc donalds. Filey was nice to explore. The on-site pub was very understaffed, I really felt for the staff,patrons were walking out.
