Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The place is just as pictures. Wonderful deck with fantastic views to see launches from Cape Kennedy, cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral and just enjoy the ocean. Kitchen was functional, appliances were decent with a great refrigerator. Bathrooms are a bit dated with a slider built into the tub you must navigate to take a shower. There is a vacuum, Swiffer mop to help keep the floors clean. The bed (King) was very comfortable. Very convenient location between two causeways, south of Patrick SFB with a Publix, Aldi's and Walmart near. along with several very good restaurants. The pool was very nice located between the two buildings and the neighbors are friendly. I would recommend a stay at Janene's.

The stay was great and directly on the beach ! Perfect place to stay if you are needing somewhere close to the cruise port.

We felt like home and special thanks to Scott for being very prompt on every question we have. Great place. Great amenities. Definitely recommend.

A girlfriend and i traveled to Cocoa Beach for a short girls weekend. The condo is small, but perfect for us, was very clean and has everything you would need. The condo is literally steps from Cocoa Beach, which is clean and so cool to watch the cruise ships come in and out. The weather was perfect and the water was nice and warm. We even got to see space X rocket launch right from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

Es war schlicht super! Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Unsere Teenagers haben die Wellen zum Boogieboarden genossen. Die Wohnung und auch die Pool-Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und äusserst sauber. Suzy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns proaktiv darauf hingewiesen, wenn Raketenstarts geplant waren, so dass wir dieses Spektakel von der Beach aus beobachten konnten.

Pasamos una estupenda estadía en el alojamiento de Donnetta. No falta nada, desde la comodidad del living, la cocina impecable con todos los utensilios, condimentos y electrodomésticos que te imagines. Los habitaciones y los baños con todo lo que necesites. El patio trasero fantástico con su parrilla a gas, lo utilizamos para las barbacoas. Adelante del alojamiento, las bicicletas, sombrillas, reposeras, juegos y todo lo que necesites para un día de playa. Fue el mejor Airbnb de mis viajes junto a mi familia. Muchas gracias Donnetta por este estupendo alojamiento. Espero regresar pronto.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Awesome location right on the beach!! We loved the beach facing patio and the size was perfect for our 3 people. The hosts were great with communication as we had no problems at all!! We will definitely be coming back here again!!

Christina is an amazing host. She responds very quickly and is very professional and accommodating. Her apartment was one of the best places we ever stayed. Very clean, modern, wonderfully stocked and close to the beach, restaurants and other shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed very clean swimming pool and tennis courts which were on the property. Watching beach in the morning and sunsets in the evening was another great experience which added to the value of our vacation. We definitely enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would recommend this place to everybody!!!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

Excellent quiet beachside location. The building was a mix of owners and visitors. All were friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. The AC in the unit is excellent resulting in cool, dry conditions in the humid beachside unit. Several restaurants and a great ice cream shop are within walking distance. The patio on the beach was wonderful providing sunny mornings and shady afternoons. A very peaceful and relaxing location.

This condo was nicely decorated, very clean, great pool and amenities and steps to the beach…had it all! Michelle, the host, was wonderful, helpful and quick to respond to any needs we had. We had a great trip… already booked again for next year!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Eryka showed a genuine interest in making sure that her guests were happy and satisfied. The place was perfect, the amenities were perfect. Eryka's beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, carrying wagon, washer & dryer, swimming pool, television, bedsheets, you name it, we were happy with all of it. We've stayed at other places where the beach chairs were rusty and non-functional, the beach umbrellas were also non-functional and useless. Not here. Here you have everything you need.

This condo was just what we needed to unwind at the beach! The view is unparalleled and having a washer and dryer was a game-changer with kids on the trip. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful place, had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool. Absolutely loved seeing the sunrise on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and wonderful place to stay!

As parents of an FIT student, this cute condo was perfect for trips to the college, beach, stores, and restaurants! Michelle was very communicative and flexible which we appreciated and we will definitely stay here again. The place is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook as we made some fresh meals for our son, and parking is easy with an elevator to the third floor if one needs. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit which masks some of the traffic and train noise. The balcony and kitchen window have a serene view of the marina. Very nice!

This place was great! Perfect for our purposes! Sayed here for 3 days prior to boarding a Cruise out of Port Canaveral. JJ and Jill were great to work with. Very grateful! Loved the little municipal airport. It was great fun watching all the planes do touch and goes! Thanks again!! Sasified! Tim Parker
