Dejligt sted og fin lejlighed. Fungerede fint. Manglede måske lidt mere liv i området om aftenen, hvis man ville have det skulle man med bus eller taxa til byen, ellers alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse vi har haft.

L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, proche du centre à pied et accessible facilement en bus. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse où il était agréable de dîner. Valeria a été disponible tout le long de notre séjour pour répondre à nos nombreuses questions. Si vous êtes de passage à Olbia, n'hésitez pas une seule seconde ! 🤩

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Olbia. Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die moderne, hochwertige und zugleich schlichte Einrichtung schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt: frische Bettwäsche, ein komplettes Handtücherset, Seifen in verschiedenen Ausführungen und eine Espressomaschine, über die ich mich besonders gefreut habe. Die Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight – morgens sonnendurchflutet, perfekt für ein Frühstück im Freien. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man fußläufig die Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés – ein Auto braucht man hier nicht. Für mehr Komfort empfehlen wir, die Tiefgarage mitzubuchen, da die Straßen in der Umgebung oft stark befahren sind. Marco war stets freundlich, erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Check-out verlief unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung!

Luca et Elena ont été des hôtes parfaits, ils se sont rendus disponibles, se sont assurés que nous ne manquions de rien. Les indications fournies pour accéder au logement étaient claires et concises et nous avons pu trouver sans difficulté. Elena est très chaleureuse et réactive lorsque vous la sollicitez, elle nous a envoyé dès le premier jour des informations précieuses sur les restaurants, activités, lieux proches de la maison. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, on voit qu'il a été modernisé (déco/peinture) tout en conservant le côté typique des petites maisons de bord de plage. La vue depuis la terrasse sur le port de plaisance est très agréable et la plage qui se trouve à 1 min parfaite pour les lever/coucher de soleil, l'une des plus belles plages de Sardaigne (La Cinta) à 10 min en voiture. Il y a des petits commerces accessibles à pied à 2/3 min sur le port. C'est un vrai coup de coeur, je ne peux que les recommander :)

Sandro is the best host ever! He was friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to and very helpful. He picked us up from the airport and drove us to the apartment. He helped us rent a car and got us restaurant tips. The apartment was very cozy, clean, big enough for 3 of us, had everything you need and it had a lot of kitchen supplies. Wifi worked a little slowly at the evening but it didn’t bother us. There are bus stations very close and you can get around pretty easy. The highlight of our trip was absolutely Sandro’s boat tour. He took us around and showed us amazing places where is crystal clear water, got us drinks and edited video from the drone. We felt amazing and very special. The video is perfect memory of the trip and we are very grateful for Sandro. If we ever return back in Sardinia we will 100% stay at Sandro’s apartment.

Appartement très agréable. Vue panoramique sur la baie. Place de parking gratuite réservée devant le logement. Belle décoration sur le thème maritime literie confortable, cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. salon avec vue sur la mer. Jacuzzi à bonne température et très confortable la plage est à 5 min à pieds et les restaurants à 10 min à pieds Borne de recharge électrique pour voiture à 10 min à pieds. Schöne Unterkunft mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Auf der Terrasse kann man am Vormittag die Sonne geniessen. Am Nachmittag/Abend ist sie schattig. Man bewohnt die unterste Etage des grossen Hauses, ist aber ganz alleine. Die Küche war grossartig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet: in Nähe des Strandes, vielen Bars/Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem sehr ruhig! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Alles sehr sauber, alles Notwendige und mehr im Haus vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat alles um die Temperaturen gut zu ertragen- Klimaanlage, aber auch Schattenplätze auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Und natürlich der nahegelegene Strand mit dem mega schönem Wasser. Restaurants und der nächste Supermarkt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Aber ganz viele Pluspunkte bekommt aus unserer Sicht die Gastgeberin Claudia. Sie hat sich um alles was wir brauchten gekümmert. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und ist so lieb und nett. Wir können Claudia und die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

Vooral de veranda is een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. En je loopt zo naar de kristalheldere zee voor een duik! De woning is op een soort compound die heel netjes onderhouden is. Met een huurauto rijd je zo overal naartoe, en in het dorpje vlakbij (San Paolo) vind je al leuke restaurantjes en supermarkten. Het huis is overigens meer dan compleet uitgerust! We hebben genoten en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Flott beliggenhet, romslig og koselig leilighet. Vi ble tatt godt imot med en vinflaske og lokale kaker. Kjøkken og bad er moderne, og leiligheten har et hjemmekoselig og rustikt preg. Flott terrasse med utsikt til sjøen. Kort vei til stranda. Bølgene kan bråke og det kan bli kaldt inne men det er en pellets peis som gir god varme. Alt man trenger av kjøkkenutstyr, håndklær etc. Vi kom utenfor sesong (april) men det er flere spisesteder og butikker i nærheten. Anbefaler også Pedra longa, fine turstier! Vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet og kommer gjerne tilbake!

My partner and I stayed at Gianluca's while exploring Sardinia. His apartment in Olbia served as a perfect base for us to travel to other points in the island. Additionally, the apartment is just 10 minutes away from central Olbia which makes it perfect for morning or evening walks in the city. The apartment itself is cozy and has all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the garden terrace in front of the house which was perfect for our morning coffee and an evening glass of wine :) Gianluca was always responsive and very friendly. We can only recommend his apartment to others wanting to visit Sardinia!

Highly recommend this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – thank you so much! The location couldn't be better, being central with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. The beach is fantastic and perfect for families with children. The town itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view on the mountains. We are so grateful to our host for providing everything we could possibly need. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, laundry, and even had all the necessary cleaning supplies. We were impressed with the amount of storage space available in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings, and there were even extra towels provided. A real highlight for us was the enclosed open terrace. This was a huge bonus as it allowed our 1-year and 10-month-old to play safely outside without us having to worry. This made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Momemt an sehr wohl gfühlt. Anita war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen entspannnten Urlaub benötigt und noch mehr. Anita hat uns sogar für die Ankunft das erste Getränk kalt gestellt :-) Es war auch mega toll das wir gleich nach der Ankunft ( Vormittags gegen 12.30) schon einchecken durften. Somit konnten wir den eraten Tag ohne Verzögerungen starten. Vielen lieben Dank Anita für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit, dein ansteckendes Lächeln und deine superschnelle Unterstützung wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Volle 5 Sterne!!

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt in Stefanias hübscher Wohnung. Toller kleiner Balkon mit wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer. Super Lage. 5 Min. zum schönen Sandstrand, viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Stefania war super nett und immer erreichbar! Die perfekte Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen wieder!
