Our carriage house has been completely restored from a post and beam barn to a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment. There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Forget your worries in this lovely and serene space. Located on a farm with acres of land, trails and starry skies, you will enjoy kicking back in an open design guest house. Living and dining in front of a wood burning fireplace with a fresh and bright kitchen immediately at hand. The guesthouse has king & queen beds with a nicely finished bathroom. The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.
