Sarandë : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Absolutely wonderful stay. It’s nicer than the pictures. The beach is your backyard and the sunsets are breathtaking. Krista was very responsive and helped us with everything. We had the whole beach to ourselves and it was great for a family vacation. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called manxrurane which had incredible food and a very friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again!!

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Wir verbrachten fünf Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft, die perfekt für zwei Personen ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet – ein Wasserkocher wäre allerdings ein schönes Extra gewesen. Besonders angenehm ist der schöne Garten, in dem man gemütlich draußen sitzen kann. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, da man den Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotz der Nähe zu allem ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig, und man schläft ausgezeichnet. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der private Parkplatz. Ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was very nice and very clean. The roof terrace was the absolute highlight with the sea view. Our host was very helpful and took great care of us! We received many excursion tips for the region. When I injured myself on a trip I was even taken to the doctor and he took care of everything. The accommodation can be recommended 100% by all of us!!!

Wij waren eind april in Sarande. Bij binnenkomst op het kleinschalige complex van 4 huizen hadden wij er een aan de zee, wat een uitzicht! Het zwembad was al open, onze kinderen vonden het geweldig. Huis was voor ons vijven heel ruim te noemen, er waren 4 slaapkamers en maar liefst 5 moderne badkamers. De woonkamer en de keuken waren van alle gemakken voorzien en in tegenstelling tot veel andere huizen was er ruim servies en keuken gerij. De tuin en aangrenzend privé strand waren heerlijk om te vertoeven. Kortom een heerlijk huis om te ontspannen. Nabij een goede pizzeria voor take away, een goede bakker en een Albanese supermarkt.

Vi var en vennegjeng på 9 stk som koste oss utrolig mye i denne fantastiske villaen! Veldig vennlige og pålitelige verter som ga oss gode tips til resturanter, strender osv. Villaen var nydelig, ren og stilig hvor vi nøt late dager ved bassenget og ved havet. Det var trist og reise og vi vil absolutt komme tilbake.

We would give 10 stars if we could! The apartment is situated at a cozy coffee bar in a quiet street. It is an oasis of green in the middle of the city, only a 2 min. walk to the boulevard, private and public beaches. The house is really nice, well insulated and equipped with an AC. Good beds, a cozy kitchen, bathroom and a washing machine plus a drying rack for small laundry. Everything you’ll need! There is an outdoor area where a table and 5 chairs are reserved for you and - if you want - can order coffee, drinks and croissants. This in the midst of the cozy atmosphere that the locals bring with them, who start their mornings here, drinking the delicious coffee that they serve. If you still miss something during your stay, Fabio and his family are always there for you. Lovely open people, interested in their guests and passionate about their work, Sarandë and Albania. Even if this appartment isn’t available we would definitely recommend coming here for one of their great coffees

Everything was good for us, Ksamil is a beautiful place and the host made it very easy for us to check in. We got everything we needed and recommend the apartment.

The place was just as described and shown in photos. Very clean, and had all the necessities. A pleasant walk to the main promenade, close to the restaurants and the stores yet removed enough to provide for the restful sleep. llda was very responsive, kind and helpful, providing detailed directions to access the property as well as offering great recommendations. We enjoyed our 1 night stay!

Super appartement ! L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder au centre ville a pied, la plage juste en bas de la résidence est superbe. L'accueil du cousin d'Enio était tres satisfaisant, accueillant et chaleureux. Je recommande :)

The apartment is spotless and beautifully updated. We enjoyed being so close to the promenade and appreciated the very clear directions and instructions from Angjelo.

Apartmán je krásný, čistý a nový, Cítili jsme se tu moc dobře, vše bylo perfektně připravené. Je zde krásný výhled na hory. Check-in probíhá velmi jednoduše pomocí samoobslužného procesu a jasných instrukcí od Besnika.

The apartment was very clean and extremely modern, with all the amenities I could think of. Location was great, with it being out of the way of the main areas, while also being very close to the port. Denisa was very lovely and responsive, and was kind enough to allow us to check in slightly early, which we greatly appreciated. Although our stay wasn’t very long, it is a perfect apartment for a longer stay too, and the bathroom and kitchen were very modern and well-equipped. Everything was comfortable.

The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

Ana was safe to say one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! Super friendly, responsive and caring. We had a great time at the air bnb. It was spacious, not loud noises, and clean!

O espaço da Zana é perfeito! Uma vista maravilhosa com pôr do sol todos os dias no mar Jonico da sacada sensacional do apto. Há uma praia a frente e Ksamil fica a menos de 15 min de carro. Um ônibus passa a uns 5 minutos a pé do apto também. O espaço interno é ótimo com cozinha completa e bastante utensílios. Sala espaçosa duas tv (uma na sala outra no quarto) boa internet. Banheiro ótimo com boa pressão de água e lava roupas no banheiro. Sacada super espaçosa como dito antes com uma vista ótima e um varal de chão para secar roupas. Não temos nada a reclamar a não ser que tivemos que ir embora! Obrigado por zana e voltaríamos com certeza.

We had a nice stay. The apartment is close to the port and it is about 20 min by foot to the city center. There is a parking spot inside a garage for the apartment. A shisha bar is located inside the building which is pretty noisy. The view from the apartment is nice. Unfortunately there was no dishtowel and no scrub for cleaning the dishes. Also there was no shower curten and no shower head holder, which resulted in a flood in the bathroom.

L’appartement est très spacieux. De plus l’emplacement est parfait à deux minutes du centre de Saranda. Et pour finir la magnifique vu sur la mer qui nous a permis de voir des merveilleux coucher de soleil. Je conseil vivement.

Great stay in the flat ! We enjoyed it a lot and I think it couldn't be nearer from the city center and the beach. We travelled with a baby and everything was great. The only thing is that the flat was not really clean : the bathroom was dusty and the shower was not clean. Nothing that can't be fixed ! I definitely recommend it !
