beautiful place right on the river! Lake Champlain and the ferry are a 5-10 minute drive, and you are able to bring your pup with!

We had a family vacation and enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is spacious and clean. The driveway is steep. We enjoyed the screened porches overlooking the lake.....beautiful sunsets. There is a small private and shallow water area between the dock and the boathouse. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed playing in the area.

This is my favorite Airbnb to date by a long shot. The property is in a beautiful and perfect location- giving you walking distance proximity to local shops and restaurants. There are loads of trails and mountains a short drive away. We booked with Todd & Amy for a group hiking trip knowing it was shoulder season. We were completely rained out and ended up spending much more time inside than we hoped for. But let me tell you- their space was perfect for our group. Their dining room table was ideal for family dinners and there were so many games to choose from! The air hockey and ping pong tables were big hits. The house is massive and allowed everyone sleep comfortably and there was never a line for the shower since there are four of them. The house has so many thoughtful touches that really reflect the beauty of the Adirondacks while staying modern with tasteful renovations. I would recommend this property to anyone!

It is my pleasure to recommend Brad's house in Lake Placid / Saranac. I travel there every year with a group of friends for hiking and skiing, and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. The house was easy to find and more than large enough to fit us all. Brad's instructions were very clear and he was responsive to all messages I sent over the course of the stay.

Had a great mini getaway with my siblings here. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect it was still nice to enjoy the outside with a stunning view. Clean cozy home with space for the 6 of us, pet friendly. Host was quick to return my call when I was confused about getting in upon arrival. Will mention this space does have neighbors fairly close & limited parking, not a problem for us but could see where others may find that a bother. Hopefully we can return and stay agin in the future!

An outstanding, truly outstanding home, location, property, and rental experience. The house itself is cool, cosy, and perfect for families. The views cannot be beat. The location is excellent. Everything about our time here makes this one of our top AirBnB experiences ever. A+ in every way!!

If you are looking to shut away the world for a few days and live in a beautiful cabin by the lake, this is the spot! We had a fantastic stay right in the lap of nature and had the most incredible view of the lake and a private dock overlooking it!

A true GEM in the heart of the Adirondacks! We finally have found the treasure that truly fits our needs in the Lake Placid area. We are very close-knit family with members ranging from 3 years old to 68 years young! This home has everything in order to spend quality family time together. Superb kitchen, fabulous bedrooms, ample gathering space, plenty of game/puzzles, TV, fireplace and abundance of toys for the kids. The property was superb for enjoying the winter wonderland of snow! The kids spent hours sledding down the driveway, on the path to the lake and roasting smores at the fire pit. Ross had provided snow shoes for a wonderful hike along the trail across from the house. Once we arrived, we never had to leave the property as we had everything available to spend fabulous time with our children and grandchildren. Ross was extremely helpful and responsive with snow removal and BBQ propane. We are surely planning a return visit next winter. Thank you Ross for sharing your home!

Amazing location and views. Walkable to all of downtown and the space was beautifully renovated and kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Cannot recommend Audrey or her space highly enough. It was beautiful, private, spacious, with so many amenities. She was so gracious to stock the fridge with a few items since we were getting in late. It was overall a wonderful and comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

One of the better air bnbs I’ve stayed at recently. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities provided. Ryan was great at communicating and even did a check in with us to see if the stay was going well. Beautiful trail in walking distance from the place and had wonderful views of the local ponds. This was my first time visiting the Adirondacks and I would definitely consider this place for my next adventure there.

Meachele is a wonderful hostess and her place is cozy comfortable clean and exactly right for our family. We come up to Lake Placid for a hockey tournament and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The place and her hospitality are more than you can ask for and we are so grateful that she opens her Airbnb to us.

Beautiful loft, even nicer than the pictures! Josh was really great and very responsive and helped us out a lot when the power went out. Great stay overall!

We loved Gary's place. Perfect location for us. We could walk to town, catch the shuttle for Oktoberfest and see friends staying nearby. Awesome place for the price! We'll be back!

So comfortable. Excellent mattress in master bedroom. Clean and quiet. Kitchen was really well stocked. Very easy and enjoyable stay minutes from town and easy to get to. Thanks you! Rudy was very responsive which is always nice.

This apartment was exactly what we needed while in town for a hockey tournament. Close to the rink, shops, great restaurants and activities! It was very clean and tidy and having a washer and dryer available was huge for us. MarieLine was very responsive and accommodating for all of our needs. Whiteface Mountain was a beautiful 14 minute drive away, and other than that adventure we didn’t need our car at all, it’s a wonderful walkable community! Highly recommend grabbing breakfast or lunch at Origin Coffee!

My wife and I just spent one of the more enjoyable weeks in our long history of visits to the Adirondacks. Jerry and Linda’s log cabin on Middle Saranac Lake is, quite simply, a treasure. Awesome location right on shoreline. Very nice man (Dan) motored us across the lake. Rustic but very comfortable. Spectacular views. Great kitchen. Comfortable bedding. Propane lighting throughout. Weber grill on porch. Two kayaks and one canoe included. Aluminum boat (also included) with electric start Honda was perfect. Lots of tiny islands nearby. Hot (very!) shower, flush toilet. Swimming right from dock. Sandy beach close by. Sunsets, sunrises, total peace and serenity. Just what we were hoping for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You will too! David and Debbie B

This cabin at Rainbow Lake was the perfect place for the quiet retreat my adult son and I needed. Cozy living room with new wood floors; small but perfectly functional and well-stocked kitchen; comfortable beds and pillows; updated bathroom and easy-to-use shower; hot water was very responsive; washing machine/dryer are much more modern than what I have at home (the manual was easy to find!) Our favorite spots were the dining table by the picture window overlooking the lake, and the Adirondack chairs on the dock at lakeside. The cabin is in a secluded cove, and the water was as smooth as glass most of the time. We even saw a loon several times, even though it was late October! There was just a little road noise during "going to/from work" times (can't call it "rush hour"); the rest of the time, just wonderful silence and the whisperings of the pine trees. We didn't use the kayaks, fire pit, or barbecue. Ten-minute drive into Saranac Lake for groceries, etc. We'd love to come back!

Really enjoyed my time at the Valcour Cottages. Had beautiful sun rises over Lake Champlain and great stars at night. Really peaceful!

Jennifer's cabin was beautiful, we were right on the lake and enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the covered deck looking out at the water. It was private and peaceful, just what we were looking for. It was a chilly weekend, but we enjoyed a fire in the beautiful fireplace outside. The cabin was clean and offered everything you would need for a week or weekend stay. Jennifer was very responsive and made sure we were all set for our stay.

It is our second time there. It is perfect location to do our door winter activity. She has a new mattress that is very good. Would stay there again

The setting is beautiful, great views from the house and deck. Lovely rustic cabin. Very clean and Jodi is extremely responsive.

After we arrived and brought our things inside, we left to visit or family...on returning at 11 pm or so, our code would not work to open the door. We attempted to reach "Karen," who apparently does not exist. Finally we were able to contact someone who is obviously employed by a corporation , and she told us there was a key in a lockbox- after trying to change the code and not succeeding. There was a half hour where we thought we'd have to call police to help us get in. Other than that, it was fine. The mattress and bedding could have been better- and i have a feeling they don't wash it all, as instructions were for us to put the sheets only in the washer.

Our stay was pure bliss. Caleb and Eleri are amazing and the cottage is simply perfect. The location is beautiful and hard to beat, the space is carefully appointed and very comfortable, with generous amenities. Congrats to the hosts for building such an amazing place. We can't wait to see them develop their different endeavours further.
