São Martinho : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Unterkunft war wunderschön. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer atemberaubend (ca. 20m). Wir als Familie haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl! Auch an der Promenade konnte man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen und die Umgebung erkunden. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Pedro ist ein toller Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit.

Jeden Tag mit Meeresrauschen und Kaffe im Bett begonnen! Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in der ruhigen Unterbringung. Alles sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir können diese Unterbringung nur wärmsteins empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and even bigger than the photos. It was extremely quiet but still in such a central location. The concierge were always on hand to help if needed. The hosts even sent some complimentary gifts for my birthday. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Have stayed in this apartment block previously (although a different apartment) - ideal for us. Quite a busy area but bonuses are that it is easy walking distance to Funchal town or there are frequent buses which pass within 100 yards of apartment. Local bus service is excellent and it is easy to catch a bus to explore the wider area. We hired a car from the nearby company, Rodavante - good service and competitive price. Apartment itself is quite simple but suits us - balcony with possibly some of the best views of the whole Estrada Monumental area. Although it says in the details, we hadn t appreciated that it didn t have a oven,just a hob. If you are on a short break you probably wouldnt want one but on a longer stay an oven would be very useful. Hopefully will be staying here again.

Hôte très réactif, logement très bien placé et central. Délicates petites attentions : bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, fruits frais ... Un séjour extrêmement agréable avec, encore une fois, une hôte exceptionnelle de gentillesse et de réactivité. Merci beaucoup nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser großzügigen Neubauwohnung auf Madeira! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet – ideal für bis zu vier Personen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Ausblick direkt aufs Meer – einfach traumhaft! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: großer Kühlschrank mit separaten Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine – alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft warteten sogar eine Flasche Wein, Wasser und lokale Madeira-Schokolade auf uns – eine super nette Geste! Ein weiteres Plus: zwei reservierte Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage. Kleiner Tipp für alle, die ein Auto mieten – lieber ein kompaktes Fahrzeug nehmen, da die Einfahrt und die Parkplätze in der Garage etwas eng sind. Insgesamt eine rundum tolle Unterkunft, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

Die gesamte Anlage ist der sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist modern und klar geschnitten. Die Ausstattung der Küche für einfaches Kochen gut ausgestattet. Leider liegt der Balkon den ganzen Tag im Schatten (Reisezeitraum im Februar), im Sommer ist man damit bestimmt gut aufgehoben. Wenn man Sonne möchte geht man ein wenig und ist am Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Apartment. Schöner als auf den Bildern. Waschmaschine, Waschmittel, Bügeleisen, Fön... alles vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, man kann den Sonnenuntergang im Meer sehen. 2 Bäder, 3 Toiletten, großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Alles wunderbar. Tiefgarage mit 2 Stellplätzen. Supermarkt nur 3 min. zu Fuß entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Tür. Die 3 Pools sind einfach herrlich. Mark war immer zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt, unklomplizierte Übergabe. Immer wieder gern. Danke noch ienmal für alles.

We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Check in was easy and the shop and bar at the bottom of the hill are easily walkable and have everything you need. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the sunny porch in the mornings watching the birds, including a kestrel and a buzzard. The hot tub is a touch of luxury and we enjoyed meeting the goat next door. The property is private and peaceful but within a short driving distance of the town and many walking trails. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, Jo + Matt.

We had a great week here! Manny gave us a very warm welcome and spoiled us with thoughtful welcome gifts. The place is very spacious, the kitchen has all you need and the terrace has a great view. Even two couples can comfortably stay here while having a private bedroom and bathroom each. Thank you Manny!

Would stay here again and again. It’s an old style layout with beds and bath on a seperate floor, and one bedroom is captive. However the positives were extremely strong. The systems are top notch: Plumbing, heating/cooling, water pressure, WiFi, TV, outlet availability, and good work spaces…were all excellent, which rarely happens. I can see why this is a traveler favorite. The beds would barely fit four people. They are smaller than the American “queen” and more like a dbl/full. However the matress and pillows were comfortable. The whole house is warm and inviting.

Such a nice Airbnb with great rooftop views! The space was very clean and had everything we needed! Location was great as it was walkable to many different restaurants and the downtown area. Airbnb came with a list of many recommendations of places to eat and things to do which was also helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here :)

Everything about this stay was perfection! From the thoughtful basket of local treats (Joan’s wine is to die for!), to the design of the house, so not hesitate to book this. The view from the terrace is what dreams are made of! Easy walk into the town of Santana , and we particularly liked a restaurant close called Terra Simples. Despite being given excellent instructions to find the property, we unfortunately got lost, but João and Sonja rescued us and guided us, next level attentiveness! We miss the property already and hope to stay again soon!

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Centrale ligging op het eiland, zeer compleet aanbod van voorzieningen in het appartement. Heerlijke bakker dichtbij en leuk restaurant in de omgeving en cocktailbar. Antonio, bedankt voor de aanbevelingen en de gastvrijheid. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Logement bien situé, d'une propreté exemplaire et vraiment calme. Le petit jardin est vraiment très bien. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique. Attention, le logement est sombre (notamment pas de fenêtre dans la pièce principale) : il faut vraiment qu'il fasse beau et ensoleillé pour pouvoir vivre dehors.

We had a great stay! The rental was spacious and comfortable with boho chic decor. A great walkable location with nearby cafes, gelato, and shops. Communication with hosts for entry, check-out, and garage access was clear and friendly. The whole process was a breeze. Would recommend for future guests as a place to stay!

Die Unterkunft bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer – besser geht’s nicht. Von tollen Sonnenaufgängen bis zum Regenbogen direkt vorm Balkon über dem Meer hatten wir alles dabei. Es war eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Valery war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte wegen der nah vorbeifliegenden Flugzeuge an Ohrstöpsel denken. Wir konnten damit wunderbar schlafen.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, well prepared for the guests and well equipped with all necessary things. The view over the ocean was absolutely amazing, even better than expected. You can watch the sunset over the ocean from the terrace. The communication with a host and check in was very smooth. Highly recommend to stay at this place!

We really loved our stay at this amazing apartment with spectacular views! One of the most comfortable Airbnbs I’ve stayed in my life - everything that you need has already been thought of (nice touches like sunscreen and aloe Vera for sunburnt skin, the yoga mat and push up wrist supports, etc were very appreciated :) ) The apartment is located in the hills of Funchal with really beautiful views of the city itself as well as the ocean. It’s a very convenient base for exploring the whole island. Waking up and exercising on the balcony, going for a swim in the swimming pool, super comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen made our stay here very relaxing and we can’t wait to come back! PS: access to free covered parking spot in the garage was a huge +1, giving us peace of mind about coming back / leaving at any time without issues!

This stay far exceeded our expectations. The apartment boasts truly spectacular views, framed by the largest bedroom window I’ve ever seen—it feels like a living painting. The love and care that Paul and Dina have poured into this space are palpable, making it feel like an extension of their own home. We’re so grateful to have spent a few days in this little slice of heaven, and the hosts were incredibly attentive. The only minor downside is the noise from the road when the windows or balcony doors are open, but with them closed, it’s pure tranquility. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, don’t hesitate—just book it!

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und die Küche was sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight war die große Terrasse mit Bergsicht. Die Lage ist nahe an der Stadt, jedoch an einem ruhigen Eck. Beim Check-in und Check-out verlief alles reibungslos.

We were extremely comfortable and thought the location was perfect walkable to restaurants, grocery store, deus store and some shopping. Close to attractions in city.

Un grand merci à Susana pour ce superbe logement ! L’appartement était impeccable, très bien équipé — nous n’avons manqué de rien. Le cadre est magnifique, calme et paisible, parfait pour se reposer tout en étant à proximité de Funchal. Facile à trouver, avec en bonus une place de parking dans un garage fermé, ce qui est vraiment appréciable quand on a une voiture de location..!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, encore merci !
