This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

My family had a great stay at Kim's place. From the start, she was very accommodating and responsive—she answered all my questions quickly and made the whole booking process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is spacious, clean and well-kept which made it really comfortable to stay in. One of their favorite parts was the veranda—it has such a nice view and is the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Overall, it's a peaceful and cozy spot, and I truly appreciated Kim’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

we are very comfortable staying in her place. the place is clean and eventhough we have an issue in the remote control of the AC it is quickly resolved. definitely will book again if we have an errand in sta. rosa in the future.

The host is very accommodating and considerate. There was confusion at first on the number of beds available, as it turns out, it was a studio type unit. The host provided us a workable and convenient remedy. The place is nice and cozy. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Very peaceful place. Ate grace is very accomodating and responsive to my inquiries. My kids love the pool because of its warm water esp. at night.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Great place! We stayed here after a wedding event. And we had a great time. Large rooms and spaces.

Pingpong and Basketball Court with pools was a plus when I had my family over to visit me. I wish there was a volleyball too! This was a very wonderful stay closer to TAGAYTAY. If you want to hit up nice BARS I’d suggest drive to Tagaytay at night around 11 PM so no Traffic and come back the same day. Otherwise I’d recommend Chop House Restaurant and Bar in San Pedro about 20 minutes drive which is a great vibe with live band goo foods. Walking distance to supermarket and near Vista Mall/ Ayala Mall/Paseo/Nuvali/

Always worth it! Super clean and the house smells good. This is our favorite accommodation in Lipa!

We had a pleasant stay! Super comfortable kami ng friends ko hanggang sa pag tulog. Kumpleto na lahat ng kailangan, sarili mo nalang talaga dadalhin mo. Thank you Ma'am Nenita. Napaka responsive nya po at may care sa mga guests. Sayang nga po at di kami nagmeet. But definitely, babalik po kami. Thank you so much po!

We had an amazing stay! The place was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The actual place is way more better than pictured. The host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. Special thanks to Kuya Julius and Ate Emily for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of. We will definitely go back again and highly recommend this place.

It was a perfecr place to stay especially that we need to have a place to stay for a friend event.

It's a fine place if you don't feel like doing anything and just want to spend a few days watching movies, playing games or meditating on the balcony while sipping a freshly brewed coffee.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.
