Irene was amazing and the apartment was absolutely perfect to stay nearby family over Christmas! It meant the world that it was decorated for Christmas and so cozy. The full kitchen was perfect to cook in multiple meals over our trip and Irene even left a popcorn tin as a sweet gift! So thankful and will certainly be back!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in the heart of Gatlinburg!! It was spotless clean and very inviting. There was even a welcome basket!! We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends! The host was wonderful and very responsive!

Great location for short walks to nearby restaurants, shopping, and train depot. Space was clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Bryson City.

Kela’s place was wonderful! We loved being right in the heart of downtown. It was convenient being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants including the bakery/coffee shop directly downstairs. Kela was super friendly and quick to respond whenever I reached out.

This place is absolutely adorable. It’s bright and cheerful and exactly as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to restaurants and right off of the Main Street which gave us plenty of privacy yet easy to get out and about without needing to move our car. We will be staying here again soon!

This was such a great place to stay! It was cozy, quiet and felt so peaceful! It was amazing! They had the lights on and make us feel right at home. It was great getting greeted by Beans. He made us laugh so hard this morning when he tried to steal from us. We had a great stay and hope to be welcomed back again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

I have never stayed at a more well stocked rental. If you forgot anything, no worries, she probably has it in the house! Joan left some very thoughtful, personal touches like having the heated blanket turned on for me when I arrived, a bowl of treats, etc. My favorite part is a tie between the gorgeous claw foot soaking tub which I used every night, and the beautiful view of the mountains from a large picture window. The location was really beautiful, and had a grocery store and multiple gas stations within a few miles of the house. The only thing that kept it from being perfect, was the spotty wifi, which is understandable in the mountains, but all the lighting was hooked to Google, so Google either didn't understand, or the wifi kept failing for the commands. It just seemed it took 5x as long to turn on a lamp, than simply turning the switch. I ended up unhooking the one in the bedroom during my stay. I would highly recommend this rental, and Joan is an amazing host.

I could not have been more please with Carmela's place. Our girl's trip went great and the location was perfect for us. We felt comfortable at at home right away. There were so many thoughtful and practical touches around the property. We were close to everything while still feeling we had privacy and distance. So, glad we found this place and would love to stay again!

The Riverhouse never disappoints. Amazing view and access to the river (literally the backyard). The house makes you feel like it is the home away from home. I highly recommend staying here for a any getaway.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was pretty cold, but well worth it. Being on the lake, makes me want to come back, with the boat, in the summer, to fully enjoy it. Great place, and will hopefully be back.

The place was really wonderful. It was clean and comfortable and more spacious than we were expecting. The condo had everything we needed to eat meals in. Parking was easy and the views were amazing. It was perfect for a family. Admittedly, I did not heed the warnings of previous reviewers that mentioned how steep, narrow, and winding the road is. I do think the listing should mention this, specifically because it was absolutely terrifying to drive up the mountain for the first time at night. We also found that the amount of time it took to get places was longer than what was posted… especially if you drove carefully. I recommend adding 5-10 mins to everything listed- more if there is traffic. Stuff is close, but longer than we were expecting. Overall a great place, just a couple things to keep in mind if you’re planning to come and go a lot from the condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Fern’s place. Very clean & suitable for 2 people. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Loved sitting out back listening to the birds and the creek below. Very private and peaceful. Super clean with lots of extra nice touches. Check out Anakeesta, beautiful park and incredible Mountain views.

My husband and I took a trip to Gatlinburg to celebrate his birthday, and we had the most amazing experience. our stay was great! It absolutely spotless and so relaxing—it truly felt like a peaceful little escape. The hosts went above and beyond for us. They answered any questions we had incredibly quickly and made sure we got in safely and checked out smoothly. Their hospitality really made our trip that much better. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

We only took the car out to drive through the mountains and to ride to Pigeon Forge. It was great not having to find a parking spot in such a busy area. This condo was perfect for the two of us even though there was a sleeper sofa for a third person if needed. This condo was very clean and an easy walk to main street Gatlinburg even for us senior citizens ☺️. We had a great time and would highly recommend this one! We hope to come back.

Great place to stay. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Only a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Renovated, cozy and clean. It was everything that we expected, and it was the best unit that we have stayed at Oak Square, so far.
