Sant'Antioco : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Die Unterkunft, Ausstattung und Lage sind 5 Sterne wert! Die super Kommunikation, Erreichbarkeit und Vorschläge für die Region wären mindestens einen 6. Stern!

Ben oltre le aspettative, l’appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante una vacanza, accogliente e comodo, un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge vicine e anche quelle non così vicine. Peccato non poter rimanere di più. Un plus notevole avere a disposizione due bagni, la lavatrice e il parcheggio privato nel cortile interno.

Das Ferienhaus von Massimo liegt etwas abgelegen, eine Schotterstrasse führt einige hundert Meter der Küste entlang an diesen gemütlichen und ruhigen Fleck. Der Spaggia dei Francesi (kleine Lagune mit Glasklarem Wasser und feinkörnigem, weissem Sand) befindet sich ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt. Der Garten mit Pool und grosser Grillstelle ist mit einer Schutzmauer umgeben. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und eignet sich bestens für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien oder einer Gruppe. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für Massimo’s Gastfreundschaft! Gerne wieder!

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Cinque stelle solo perché non se ne possono dare di più! Michela disponibile e molto reattiva alle richieste. La casa è stupenda, dotata di tutti i confort possibili (lavatrice, lavastoviglie,macchinetta del caffè, forno, microonde, barbecue, climatizzatore sia al piano terra che nel soppalco, tv) e all'arrivo tutto presente per iniziare il soggiorno (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, capsule del caffè, marmellate e brioches per la colazione, detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, occorrente per fare il barbecue); inoltre dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola (anche per il lettino del bimbo piccolo). Plus: kit di benvenuto con ichnusa fredda in frigo e pomodorini buonissimi. Posto decisamente rilassante, fuori dal caos ma a tre minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di Flumendosa, consigliataci da Michela (bella, non troppo affollata e con prezzi decisamente abbordabili per ombrellone e lettini). In pratica, arrivare e sentirsi fin da subito in vacanza grazie all'accuratezza dell'host.

Beau logement avec 2 grandes terrasses et une localisation proche de la mer, 50 m de la mer et 150m de la plage...logement très propre avec une literie de très bonne qualité...des équipements plage mis a la disposition des clients. Luca est très arrangeant et très réactif. la résidence est située a environ 500 m du centre avec un accès par des marches, petite cité très calme...

Eugenia nous a accueillis dans sa maison familiale pleine de souvenirs. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Merci à elle pour son accueil chaleureux!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Sie liegt direkt gegenüber einer kleinen Parks mit Spielplatz und Pinienbäumen. Simona war gut erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation dank Google Übersetzer unproblematisch. Parken war direkt an der Wohnung möglich. Sie liegt im Keller und ist entsprechend kühl. Zusätzlich verfügt jeder Raum über eine Klimaanlage. Wir sind mit 2 Babys angereist. Den Hochstuhl gab es leider nicht. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist sehr steil, daher muss man mit dem Buggy etwas hantieren. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Excellent accueil de Giuliana qui est très attentive au moindre détail pour le bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous recommandons. L’appartement est joli, confortable et fonctionnel.

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa pulitissima e accogliente con dettagli di cura da parte dei proprietari che ci hanno fatti sentire comodi e a nostro agio, anche con la bambina. Appartamento tranquillo in un paese ben servito e vicino a spiagge meravigliose!

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben die Unterkunft wie beschrieben vorgefunden und mit ordentlichem Grundstock ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffee und Tee und Waschmittel/Spültabs sowie Shampoo und Sonnencreme. Tolle ruhige Lage in Strand-Nähe. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus weiter :-)

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie per aver arricchito il nostro viaggio. Alessandra è antonio

L’établissement est assez petit et comporte peu de chambres. L’accueil y est donc très personnalisé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Il y a une kitchenette et une salle de bain dans la chambre. La piscine est chauffée ce qui est agréable. Le restaurant de l’établissement n’était pas encore ouvert, mais il y a avait un petit déjeuner offert tous les matins, viennoiseries, céréales, fruits et café. Ainsi qu’un bar auprès duquel il était possible de commander des boissons durant la journée. L’accueil a été très agréable, le staff compétent et très souriant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Ho alloggiato a casa di Corrado con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone di cui 2 ragazzini e 1 bambino. Casa favolosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, dotata di tantissimi confort e con piacevolissimo spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare nella calma del luogo, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Sud Sardegna e il suo bellissimo litorale. Sicuramente torneremo in questa zona e da Corrado, persona fantastica sempre pronta ad aiutare e davvero ospitale. Grazie!!!

The place is only 5 minutes from the ferry and a great place to explore Carloforte from! everything is close at a walkable distance. the place was really clean and the Host is super friendly! She even proactively gave us route descriptions and informed us about the ferry times. We would come here again without any doubt :)

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in Stefanias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und verfügt über Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man kann den Tag auf der Terrasse beginnen und abends auch lange draußen sitzen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in das Zentrum kann man sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Cafes und kleine Läden zum Schlendern. Pula ist ein wirklich schönes kleines Städtchen, das einen Besuch wert ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Stefania absolut empfehlen.

The place is well located with a nice view overlooking the city towards the harbour. Walking distance to the Main Street and many excellent restaurants. A bit tricky to drive to but follow the signs for the museum, I found that easier. There is not much parking in front of the place but it was easy to park near the cross near the museum maybe 50 meters away. The place is very functional with everything working perfectly. Marieteresa was very responsive and proactive. I had an excellent stay and the food in Carloforte is excellent!! Known for its tuna there are many choices for multi-course menus with wine pairing. I highly suggest you check this out. Thank you Marieteresa.

Serdeczność z jaką przywitała nas Martina sprawiła, że poczuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystkie wskazówki były bardzo pomocne. Apartament był bardzo czysty, gustownie urządzony, znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy na pobyt z dwójką kilkuletnich dzieci, a nawet więcej! Dzieci były zachwycone domkiem pod schodami, w środku znajdowały się również zabawki, świetny pomysł! Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Martina bardzo szybko reagowała gdy mieliśmy jakieś pytania. Dziękujemy raz jeszcze, będziemy bardzo miło wspominać nasz pobyt!
