The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

I highly recommend the place. The place is so homie and I really felt safe on my entire stay because it is equipped with security cameras and the unit has a fire suppresion. There's a lot of amenities which is one that I like. There's also freebies. And they also sell drinks and snacks if you crave some dri ks. Sir Ferdie and Ma'am Dang is very approachable they entertained all my queries. i hope all the guests that will stay in the unit will take care the unit. Overall my experience was excellent. Will definitely book again

I can say that our 3 nights stay was good and comfortable—we really had a great time there. The place was very nice, quiet and clean. For Maam Christina, she was always responsive and easy to talk to.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

We are happy with our stay at Neil’s place. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect place for us. It’s quiet and peaceful, modern house and complete amenities. In terms of location in Tagaytay, it’s 15mins away from pink sisters and other main attractions. I would recommend this place for small groups / family. We would love to stay again in this place.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great Location: We like the location of Lili’s unit. Easily located by a private car & public transportation is available too. Close to the market and shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Aesthetically Pleasing Residence: Lili’s unit is comfortable and homely. The house is sturdy & the layout is well-designed. It is spacious & inviting as it has plenty of natural light. The furnitures & appliances are all great, as everything you needed are all there. We are impressed by the stylish decors & thoughtful amenities. We really adore the skylight roofing & the patio is incredibly tranquil. WFH-Friendly: The Wi-Fi is fast & reliable. There is a dedicated workspace that made easy to get work done. Host’s Hospitality: Lili is an outstanding host. She is quick to respond & ensures that we had everything we needed. Her instructions & reminders are detailed and complete. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to unwind. This is indeed, a home away from home.🫶🏼🤎

Pingpong and Basketball Court with pools was a plus when I had my family over to visit me. I wish there was a volleyball too! This was a very wonderful stay closer to TAGAYTAY. If you want to hit up nice BARS I’d suggest drive to Tagaytay at night around 11 PM so no Traffic and come back the same day. Otherwise I’d recommend Chop House Restaurant and Bar in San Pedro about 20 minutes drive which is a great vibe with live band goo foods. Walking distance to supermarket and near Vista Mall/ Ayala Mall/Paseo/Nuvali/

The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals. We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Communication with hosts was smooth, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

It was a good stay. Unit was so spacious for us. We were able to have fun and celebrate. I was not expecting extra bed cause in the listing it shows only one but there's a double bed beside. We were able to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was great! It really exceeded my expectation. Perfect place, clean, spacious and homy vibe.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host Christine and Wilma was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The place was spotless, well-equipped kitchen, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for peaceful relaxation though far away from malls, grocery and convenient stores. We truly felt at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches, like extra towels and recommendations for things to do nearby.
