Delia’s private studio was a little oasis! The hot tub in the garden was the highlight for me. Soaking while listening to the birds chirp and watching the sun beams dance through the trees was something I will never forget. Delia made sure that we had fresh bathrobes and all the supplies necessary to easily light a fire in the fire pit. She was very responsive in her communication. Even though my booking was very last minute and I had a some questions, Delia was so kind and professional. She made us feel right at home. What a sweet little getaway!

We couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb for our girls trip! The cottage is beautiful, in the best location, and there are so many details in the Airbnb that make the experience unforgettable!

We had an amazing time here. We stayed with our 3 year old son and he had a great time playing with the toys provided and exploring the property. Staying in the caboose was a unique experience and one we would love to do again. Pat was very responsive to any of our questions and available for anything we needed during our stay. We would love to come back and stay someday.

Absolutely lovely! The hosts were welcoming and the room was clean with everything we could have needed. It was a short walk to the boardwalk, the wharf, a bowling alley, and the 'casino'. The garden is beautiful and I loved learning about the history of the house. Adriana was very cute with the breakfast and making sure we were comfortable. I love that it is an actual BnB with the opportunity to chat with fellow travelers! I would love to visit again.

Adriana and Constantin were great hosts. Adriana went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and we’re constantly fed with snacks. Breakfast was great! I stayed at this location for the Ironman and it was close to the pier and depot park. Everything was walkable. I would recommend for this place for future athletes or just a nice B&B getaway!

Adriana was the perfect hostess! This property is an easy walk to the Santa Cruz Wharf. My son completes the half triathlon yesterday. We had a great stay.

I was possibly the worst guest ever- booking last minute not communicating properly then turning up four hours early. All my own fault. Eden and Craig took it all in their stride, welcomed me and were full of useful information and recommendations. They describe the place accurately- it’s beautiful and hand crafted- i loved it- the location is magical. if you are looking for hotel style accommodation in a place that looks like everywhere else then you are better off booking a holiday inn or similar. I have used Airbnb for a decade across 20 countries now. This stay embodied the magic of Airbnb. If you want to stay with a creative and hospitable people for an unforgettable few nights in stunning romantic surroundings - then this is for you. It fed my soul. I’ll never forget it. I can’t offer higher praise. Thank you. 🙏

Cliff house is a cozy, peaceful place to be. We came for our son's graduation and stayed a week, and Adriana and Constantine were lovely, kind hosts, with many stories to tell. Breakfast, conversation, beautiful garden and porch for relaxing, and a fantastic location. We hope to stay there again.

Nancy and Roger are very generous, welcoming and proactive hosts. They made sure that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. The house is a short ride from Santa Cruz and the Henry Cowell State Park. Our hosts had excellent recommendations for hikes and food. They also paid great attention to detail in setting up the room — there were a lot of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed. The room, the bathroom and the house in general are very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. We definitely recommend!

Memorable "bed & breakfast"! Warm welcome, "southern hospitality" in CA. Breakfast order at check-in. Firm twin beds, warm seat bidet in private bathroom. Towels/toiletries provided. Snacks, sodas, bottled water, refrigerator, coffee maker provided in room. Possible AM noise (earplugs provided). Enjoyed breakfast in backyard w/cats. Great value while exploring Carmel/Monterey/San Jose areas. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable room with a lovely deck to relax. Patsy & Hans were perfect hosts who made us feel very welcome.

Super friendly hosts. Sweetest dog named Ruby. Place is exactly as described. Was looking for something reasonably priced in the mountains. Emily’s place fits the bill perfectly. Will definitely come back again.

We had a phenomenal stay! The serene gardens surrounding the property are exceptionally well cared for, providing a peaceful escape from any unwanted noise. You can enjoy the most beautiful sunset views here. I cannot express enough how wonderful Marc is! When we arrived in the evening, he prepared a charcuterie board and offered us wine and blankets, allowing us to comfortably relax outdoors while taking in the scenery. In addition to his delicious and beautifully prepared breakfasts, he stocked our room with fresh local berries, chocolates, and water. He even started the fireplace for us each evening. We have stayed in many places around the world, but Marc is truly the best host we’ve encountered! He treats guests like a considerate, generous, and welcoming friend. While Marc respects guests’ privacy, we found ourselves looking forward to our conversations with him. If you’re looking for tranquility nestled in beautiful surroundings with the most gracious host, this is it!

I needed a last minute room in Santa Cruz for a wedding. I stayed in the main house and the room was tidy and clean. The space was quirky but comfortable. Sharon was responsive and helpful. I enjoyed hearing the sounds from the amusement park out the windows.

Roger and Nancy were amazing guests, they made us feel like we were in our own home, they gave us tips to places to visit and they shared a cup of wine in the living room of their beautiful house. We enjoyed viewing the hummingbirds in the porch and a lot of other wild birds. We look forward to come back some day.
