Sant Joan d'Alacant : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Alicante! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing, but still just a short 15-minute drive to the city centre. The views from the property were also lovely—definitely a nice bonus. I’d happily stay here again!

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung extrem gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für diese Wohnung!

Rafael’s place is far better than the pictures. Spacious, clean with two bathrooms. And very close to the city centre and the river

The accommodation was as described. It is within easy walking distance of the beach. There are small supermarkets nearby & Aldi is a 35 minute walk away. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have the swimming pools which are open all year. Check in & check out we're easy. The host is available, should you need any help or information.

Fantastisch verblijf in het hart van Alicante! Het appartement is zeer netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het strand en de hoofdstraat vol leuke bars en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Inchecken ging super eenvoudig en de communicatie met de host was top. Ik kom hier zeker graag weer terug!

The apartment was literally perfect. It was worth every cent! The apartment was really comfortable. It had the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. The beach is really close. The host was really friendly and helped us a lot. I am very satisfied

Max’s place looks exactly as in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of storage drawers and the beds are comfortable. There is a designated work desk and a chair. Max met with us and went over the apartment upon our arrival. The location is superb. Steps away from Mar2 mall and Santa Barbara castle.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt gewesen. Sowohl Daniel als auch Carla waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Beide sind sehr entspannt und cool drauf. Sie haben uns sogar einen Wein als Willkommensgeschenk auf den Tisch gestellt. Ich bin denen super dankbar, da wir früher einchecken und später auschecken durften. Sowas ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich. Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und ein Traum. Super lichtdurchflutet und man kann von dem Fenster aus direkt das Meer sehen. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir sind DEFINITIV nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen- sofern wir wieder kommen dürfen ;) !

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

This was a fantastic location and the apartment was remodeled and very well appointed. It has an exceptional view of the castle and within walking distance of the water. The apartment was open and spacious which worked great for a large group. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

La casa es una maravilla, buena ubicación en zona tranquila, cerca de la cuidad en coche. Estaba todo muy limpio y José Luis ha sido súper amable y siempre atento. Repetiríamos seguro!

Manuel è un Host molto amichevole e disponibile. Ci ha accolti personalmente per salutarci e darci tutte le info sulla casa, sulla zona. Preziosi e onesti i suoi consigli sulla città e sui locali dove mangiare cose tipiche e poco turistiche. Alicante è una grande cittadina che va scoperta soprattutto nelle stradine del centro vecchio e il suo fantastico lungomare. Ottima tappa per chi, come noi, attraversa la provincia e la costa Dorata in auto attraverso la Spagna. Siamo soddisfatti. Grazie Manuel!⭐

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Localizacao perfeita, é possivel ter acesso a tudo apenas caminhando. Anfitriao bastante proativo. Nos disponibilizou berço e trona para nosso bebé. A jacuzzi é a cereja do bolo para curtir um final de dia (com a agua sempre aquecida!).

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

This beautiful apartment is in a great location; walking distance to the beach and surrounding bars and supermarkets. Very responsive and communicative host who was happy to be flexible around our check-in requirements due to our flight arriving in late. The apartment itself is extremely clean, modern and spacious and we would happily stay again next time we visit La Cala.

L appartement de Carmelo est parfait. Le tram est à 5 min à pied. la plage a 300m. la vue sur la mer et la luminosité est sublime. petit supermarché de proximité et restaurants proche. stationnement en voiture gratuit dans la rue supermarché à 5 min en voiture. la décoration est agréable les recommandations de Carmelo excellente. la bouteille d eau et les dosettes de café à l arrivée sont un vrai plus. je recommande et reviendrai si l occasion se présente.
