We stayed at coco house with our 2 boys, the home is just wonderful and the real picture we can’t get out of our mind was the view from the balcony with the morning coffee’s. Sugar hill is perfect for those with older children wishing to have a little of their own independence too with the pools close by. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Susie. We found all the information fantastic which enabled a full packed adventure in Barbados. The beds were comfortable. Marcia who looks after the property and meet and greets was also fabulous. What an absolutely fantastic villa!! We have just spent 12 nights at Simon’s villa and I cannot rate it highly enough. Simon from booking was extremely helpful and friendly answering any question I had promptly. When we stepped into the villa we were blown away, spotlessly clean, fully kitted out, beautiful furniture, fantastic pool and gorgeous views. Shani visited every day (apart from Mondays where Susan came) and tidied, washed and cleaned for us which was a fantastic addition. Shani was outstanding and is a great asset to anyone’s holiday going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - especially helpful with 2 young children!This was a 5* experience and would love to return in the near future! Far Away Beach Villa is a restorative, peaceful, serene, secluded oasis that serves as the perfect antidote for hectic, modern living. Perched above the Atlantic you have the best ocean views and smells. The breeze that rolls through the French doors keeps the house comfortable day and night. We spent a good deal of time on the patio at night watching stars and listening to the surf. We joke that vacation showers are always a letdown because of the renovated shower and bath included in the house we bought a few years ago. This shower is a dead on tie with ours. Sunlight streams in, the ocean waves are audible and the wood flooring satisfies form and function; slip resistant and visually stunning. Arron is a great host. He was punctual, pleasant and professional in all of our communications. He was also three for three on restaurant recommendations including one of if not the best French meals of my life. Excellent experience in Arron's space and we will definitely be back. Thanks!

We had the best stay at Mariam’s. The house is beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice. Mariam went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was so quick to communicate. The location was great - close to everything we needed whilst still feeling private and quiet. Sometimes by the pool we could hear the sounds of the neighbourhood, but we were never disturbed. We did enjoy the company of a very friendly cat, who would sometimes visit while we were by the pool. Amanda and Desmond were on hand and were brilliant. One evening the gas bottle of the BBQ ran out during cooking. However Mariam had this rectified by the time we even awoke the next morning. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a beautiful house. We had a wonderful eight day stay. The Villa was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. David was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The villa was even nicer than the pictures portrayed.

My friends & I had a great stay. Barney’s place was perfect for the 3 of us! It looked like the pictures, located in a great area. Easy for our drivers to find. Thank you Barney for everything!

Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! Wonderful place to stay. Fully stocked and the host was easy to reach. We will be back to the island again and this place felt like home. Great area and amenities.

We loved every moment of our stay at Bairds View Villa. It’s a perfect location on the west coast if you’re looking for a quieter stay, right between Speightstown and Holetown with a bus stop at the end of the road for easy travel. Thunder bay beach at the end of the road is beautiful and has great local food/drinks. We hired a car for half of our stay to help us get around the island and explore but if you’re just looking to go to Bridgetown or along the west coast a car is not a must have as the buses are frequent. Yunus was easy to contact prior to arrival and very responsive. John the villa manager was a wonderful host and so helpful, he had good recommendations prior to check in and offered to do grocery shopping for us at no extra cost which was a lovely gesture. We would recommend Bairds View to everyone and can’t wait to hopefully return one day in the future. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. There is plenty of room for 6 people. It is just a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 25 minute walk into Speightstown. The pool is amazing and really well kept. The only thing that could make this villa even better is to add an en-suite shower room the massive bedroom.

Richard is a super host, he’s communication was exceptional. The space is to view for, a view of the beach and only 7 minutes drive to Sandy Lane and the shops of Holetown. Book this and treat yourself to peace and tranquility.

Jan and Rafi’s place is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The outdoor space is fabulous, the view is breathtaking! The house itself is lovely, the bedrooms are big and spotlessly clean. It’s in a great location, close to everything but so quiet once you are inside the property. Jan and Rafi were wonderful hosts, so friendly and answered any questions we had. We would absolutely visit here again!

Sugar Cane Ridge 9 was everything we could have hoped for and much more. The property was spotless, beautifully comfortable and really felt like a home away from home! We were so happy and at ease there. Even though we were late arriving, our host welcomed us and made us feel so at home. The surrounding area is beautifully maintained, picturesque and so peaceful. We would suggest renting a car so you can get to the local beaches, shopping and restaurants more easily as the resort is set quite some way back from the coastal area. It is walkable but not for small children and there is no pavement. There is however, a shuttle bus that takes you to the main beach which is convenient if a rental car is not for you. We cannot recommend this property highly enough! It was wonderful and we hope to return soon.

Beachy Head villa & grounds are spacious, comfortable & easy living, with everything our extended family needed for a Caribbean holiday. The cottage provided a lovely peaceful getaway for adults with no children! The infinity pool was used before breakfast & dinner every day! We highly recommend a sunset massage on either patio! Michaels assistant, Sandra, went above & beyond to make our arrival, stay & departure smooth, enjoyable, & easy: arranging car rentals to facilitate families arriving & departing on the same days but at different times; securing beach items ready for our arrival. The housekeeper & grounds men kept everything spic & span. All the staff were helpful & knowledgeable. Beachy Head villa & cottage are perfect for large groups who enjoy: a simple lifestyle & pleasures; time together but with space to call your own; quiet surroundings, except for the sound of the ocean & the wind in the palm trees; easy access to the airport, amenities & beaches. We had a wonderful stay in West Rock Villas. What we liked most was the setting in the hills in very natural surroundings, and a welcome breeze! Stacy and her team were very available and looked after the property impeccably.

The house is absolutely beautiful & so close to Mullins beach & some fantastic restaurants & bars. The house has everything you need, it is clean, tidy & very spacious! We loved having the house pool & the main pool is great with a bar area & comfy sun beds! Marcia & Peter were both lovely & easy to contact. Great stay!

The place is bigger than the pictures so much space inside and outside. Very peaceful and loves the sound of the sea at night. Would stay there again.

Great location, clean and beautifully kept. The living area is a little small but the outdoor patio more than makes up for it. There’s a lovely pool, outdoor dining area and lovely seating area too. Richard and Tricia were fantastic - responsive and very accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay at your piece of paradise! We hope to be back one day! ❤️

I would definitely stay here again. I needed a home for 3 weeks while working in Barbados and it gave me the space and flexibility to enjoy the space, have friends over and also have time for myself. Thank you again.

My group and I enjoyed our stay at Darren’s place. Rhema, the property manager, was awesome! She met us at the airport with transportation and helped schedule an excursion as well. The house looks exactly as pictured! My only complaints are it was further from the beaches and the city than expected and there was no hot water. The water is heated with solar panels, but during our stay the water wasn’t hot even during the day, even with the booster switch on.

The property was lovely and great value for the area. We generally walked to the beach or used the yellow buses to get around but the taxi’s are cheap enough and come quickly. I wish I’d read the information more closely before we came because we’d have arranged to have shopping done for us before we arrived (which was offered hit I missed it), as we arrived late and had to wait for shops to open the next day before we could eat. Also, make sure you read the information on how to get to the property before you go (also provided), as our taxi driver didn’t know the address and we needed to calling to get instructions. There were only 2 of us, but the property is plenty big enough for 4. On our last day, our flight was quite late, so we booked a day pass at the Hilton. Another option would be to get a private tour of the island and dropped off at the airport, I wasn’t organised enough to do this but I think it would be a good idea. Lastly, Speightstown is lovely, definitely go.

Had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Liz’s wonderful house. We arrange a pick up from the airport via Liz. Lex was there to meet us and drive us back & then show us around. Very easy and relaxing start to the holiday. House is well equipped and perfectly located for the shops, restaurants and the beach. It’s just a few minutes walk down to a stunning beach where there is a lovely beach club - Calma. The little artificial reef is ideal for snorkelling & we were able to swim out a little further where there were turtles and rays (amongst many other fish). The pool is just perfect and felt really safe for our daughter as it has a lovely long shallow end.
