This property has become our family's favorite place to stay when visiting family in Gallipolis. Everything is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It's clean, private, and comfortable. Communication is always proactive and helpful. We thoroughly recommend these hosts and this property!

My climbing partners and I had the best time. We were all very sad to leave. Also a bit sad that we didnt get a chance to enjoy the house as much and all the games we brought cause we were climbing so much. Beds were so cozy! Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking and climbing. The whole house was just amazing. Better than we could have expected. Thank you!!

one of the best places my family has enjoyed staying at. We felt the place had everything we needed for cooking, bath, laundry. super clean and no maintenance issues. Loved the Keurig and double shower head in master bath. location is perfect for all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. we would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the farm! We relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of the place and had fun petting the alpacas! We even purchased some beautiful alpaca fiber. Lisa always responded to us within a very short time. She gave us privacy when we needed it but with a wonderful person to visit with and make friends with, I would highly recommend this place!

Very quiet and rustic. Convenient for Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park hiking which is what we were there for. If you get to the State Park resort the tavern has good beer and excellent Bourbon flights after your hike.

Lovely home with beautiful furnishings. Our trip was cut short due to medical emergency and Vickie was very kind and responsive. Would stay again if ever in the area.

The house is just as described. The area is very quiet but is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a very friendly dog that likes to come over and hang out. I would stay again.

We spent spring break at the fern with 7 people, ranging in age from 8 to 40. There was plenty of space in the house for all of us. It was clean and well stocked with things that our stay convenient. The fire pit was a peaceful evening spot after busy days. The kids loved that the house was right on the forest with plenty of exploring available. We were never more than 10-20 minutes from the gorge activities we were doing. There’s a grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. All in all, this was the perfect spot for our long weekend and first trip to Kentucky.

Wonderful to stay at this house again, I'm in Matewan for work often and it's good to stay at a place that's so easy and homey! Will be back again!

We came to spend weekend so my husband could do a dual sport ride and I could rest and recoup without interruption. Carolyn made check in easy, sent very specific directions, and left donuts and milk for the morning. The house is as pictured. Very homey and comfortable. The beds were soft, pillows were great. There was a ceiling fan in both bedrooms. There is a beautiful waterfall across the street and a great creek behind the house. We really enjoyed being out in nature. Listening to a rainstorm on the old metal roof lulled me into the best nap I’ve had in years. Can’t wait to return♥️

Absolutely loved our stay! Very quiet, place felt very cozy, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. 10/10. Already planning a trip to come back and visit and see the donkey.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as described. Great access to the Red River Gorge, via ferrata, Gorge Underground, zip lining and the ski lift to the natural bridge. An outdoorsy persons playground.
