The house is in a great location. We were walking distance from the lake and downtown and a short drive to the ski resort. The separate suite in the back was a little musty but great once aired out. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a week-end for high school inbound foreign exchange students and their chaperones. Michael allowed me to view the place before booking to be certain that it would meet the needs of the group and was very communicative before and during the week-end. Even texting me that somebody had unplugged the wi-fi by accident! The place was clean and roomy. The (separate and added cost) barn was the perfect venue for the kids to play and relax.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for a family ! The younger kids were upstairs near the master and the older kids could be downstairs . Very comfortable. The hot tub was nice after we got rained out at silverwood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to everything we wanted to do for back to school shopping, good food and the theme park. The host had wonderful communication. Clean safe neighborhood

We were in town helping friends move, and this is a great little hideaway and reprieve in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, and we love the old house. Thank you so much for the labels on the drawers. It's often so difficult to find things when we a visit an Airbnb!

This was our third time staying at the yurt and it is always magical. Janis and Roger are wonderful hosts, very friendly but not at all overbearing. The surroundings are beautiful, the wood-fired tubs are a must-do, and there is a wonderful restaurant about 15 minutes away. Loved every minute and will be back (again)!

Comfy space up on the hill and close to the lake. Walkable to restaurants and quick drive to Farragut Park for a hike. Wild turkey, quail, deer, and elk all spotted close to home. Very relaxing few days here in Bayview

We brought 7 grandkids with us, all six and under. This home was perfect for them. Huge hard, playground, fenced in. We could let them run around and play outside without having to watch them 100% of the time. The house was set up perfectly for a very large gathering. There were four sets of parents, and plenty of rooms close by for the kids. The view of Coeur d'Alene was amazing. Watching the sunset off the back deck was phenomenal. There is wildlife galore. My daughter-in-law even saw a bobcat in the back one morning! We rented a boat for two days. The marina down in Carlin Bay that was much cheaper than in Cd'A. The house is at the top of a ridge, so lots of great views. I brought my drone with me and took some wonderful photos and videos of the surroundings. It is a 20-min, winding, 2-lane road to Cd'A. So budget some time. If you like being in a secluded, gorgeous location, this place is for you!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Big back yard, and plenty of space inside.

Dave & Alirene (Al) were wonderful! They greeted us at the front door and welcomed us to their home. They gave great instructions and were happy to answer any questions. We really appreciated that they welcomed and loved dogs. Finding accommodations that accept pets is not easy. The kitchen was spacious, with a large island, to gather around. The home was grand, with a huge fireplace and comfortable furniture and a gigantic, beautiful fireplace in a large but cozy room. You must see it! The home is older but very spacious and charming. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers for all-two couples, one single, and 2 young children. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. The only thing I would change is possibly add a couple newer sheet pans, for the oven and a box grater for cheese grating. We never did find one-we could have missed it.

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

Dan was so accomadating with his rental. I had an emergency and needed a place to stay immediately and his place was ready to go and he was very responsive, as usual.

this was more then I expected, it was serene, peaceful, and a small spot of heaven. I loved that the land and home have been there's passed down from there father, I wish I could have met him, you can tell that every nail, every board was put into place with thought and care. I hope to one day own and build somthing half and cool as this, thank you for allowing me to stay here on my journey west

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

I adored my stay at Steve and Leslie’s cabin! It is such a peaceful spot with the tranquil pond, charming wildlife, and sweet horses and dog. The cabin feels wonderfully rustic but with a modern bathroom and very comfortable furniture. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. I would definitely go back for a tranquil retreat near great hiking etc.

Michael's place was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend escape with our pup. He was super communicative and helpful leading up to our trip, and checked in with us throughout the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. We came to catch a show downtown at the Hive which was easily walkable from Michael's. Also, the fenced yard right outside the slider was clutch for our dog. Bonus, there was fresh half n half in the fridge for coffee! Made my morning. Would def book again on our next visit to Sandpoint.

What a GEM! Dover Bay is like a scene from the Truman Show. Tucked away from the highway, it's located on the river and next to a park. Highly recommend the cabins with a view. We were in town for a ski weekend in January so I image it would be busier during the summer when the marina is open. Just 3 quick mile into Sandpoint. And worth the extra fee to bring your fur-baby too. I will be looking forward to staying here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Dover Bay. Check in and check out was a breeze and the area is so beautiful. The host had a little package for the pup which was a nice touch. Loved it so much planning a trip with the family soon! Thank you!

The cabin was rustic, cozy, and secluded at the top of the hill which we loved! The check in process was a breeze and staff at the campsite were super friendly. Perfect distance from town too. Would definitely recommend friends/family to stay here.

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Our stay at Mariane"s condo was great. Very nice neighboor on the golf course. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked . Mariane was easy to reach and responded quickly Will definately stay here again.

This management company is amazing. I have stayed with them before. They are always available for anything you would ever need. This condo is beautiful however the owner must have pets because the master bedroom Capet is very stained due to their pet which I did not expect. So if you are traveling with pets this is a great option however I was not and was shocked by all the stains in the carpets in the master. Other then that the condo was fabulous

Kelli was very accommodating and super responsive. Her place was comfortable and peaceful with park like surroundings. The pool and the hot tub were immaculate, making for what turned out to be a much needed relaxing and restful, spontaneous night away. Thank you, Kelli!
