Very good. The only problem was the sleeper sofa mattress. It was very uncomfortable. My son slept on a blow up mattress that was in a closet.

Chris was such a great host! Very responsive and went above and beyond in sending information for things that we were interested in doing and even helped to secure a parking spot for the rented golf cart. The place is as described and is so close to the beach, and there were plenty of beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. The beds were super comfortable, and we felt right at home. We also spent some time at the pool, and it was very nice with available chaise lounges and some tables. The pool was never too crowded, and we were always able to get a spot.

Wir hatten eine ganz und gar wunderbare Zeit in Angies Wohnung und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt!!! Angefangen von den sehr guten Anweisungen zur Ankunft, bis hin zur Ausstattung der Wohnung, des Pool- und Gemeinschaftsbereichs hin war alles einfach perfekt. Angie war eine so herzliche, nette und für uns immer erreichbare Gastgeberin, die sich große Mühe macht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Herauszuheben sind auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Angie stellte uns während des Aufenthaltes sogar diverse Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Strandspielzeug für unsere Tochter, sowie Stühle und einen Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können, danke Angie! Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Bonita Beach. Nahe zum Highway 41 nach Fort Myers und Naples. Toller Ausblick vom 9. Stock. Balkon nach Norden. Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Peter hat all unsere Fragen schnell und sehr gut beantwortet. Ein toller Urlaub.

This place is amazing and has everything you need for a fun getaway. The best part is that it’s a 5 minute walk to Tigertail Park/Beach. We saw burrowing owls and gopher tortoises while walking in the neighborhood, which was an added bonus! The neighborhood is super quiet. It’s very convenient to have Tigertail so close by to venture into the lagoon, take a walk on the beach, or observe the beautiful sunsets! The owner was proactive in calling us with all of the instructions before our check in and was very responsive when texting questions. We would definitely rent again!

Overall great stay. Clean house, looked like the pictures, very calm and private. Great beach amenities. We did pay extra for the pool heating, but our hot tub was empty for two days. Host was very responsive in giving us a refund which we really appreciated. Also, it’s important to know the hot tub is the same temperature as the pool, just sectioned off. They were very easy to reach throughout the week.

This place is beautiful and family friendly! Kelly was so helpful and responsive which is so great when traveling w a big family. Awesome pool, kids loved it! We also liked being near 5th and 3rd, could walk but free shuttle was a bonus!

2nd time in Marco.....our stay at Ed's place was great. One of the best maintained and appointed vacation homes we've visited. A lovely week of relaxing.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!
