The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. A lovely lake-side cottage waiting to provide you with a blissful and relaxing time away. The house sits on a quiet street only metres from Swan Lake. Swan Lake is a holiday dream, with quiet beaches that are just perfect as a launching place for kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. Kids love the white sand, the climbing trees and the gentle water. Cudmirrah Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers great surf. The cottage is small but finished with high-quality linen and cooking items.

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
