il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, ci si è sentiti subito a casa. appartamento pulito comodo e confortevole, dotato di ogni funzionalità utile ad un soggiorno breve o di media durata. la posistrategics ci ha consentito di godere appieno dell'atmosfera natalizia e di fare bellissime passeggiate.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días esquiando en Dolomitas. Skibus en la puerta con varios teleféricos a pocos minutos. Alice muy pendiente desde antes de llegar, todo perfecto.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questo appartamento. È arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore del paese, e Fondo ci ha sorpreso per la sua atmosfera accogliente e la bellezza dei dintorni. La zona è ideale per chi ama fare escursioni invernali, con panorami mozzafiato e tanti sentieri. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Dagmars Wohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man so als Familie mit zwei Kindern benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Skigebiet Kronplatz fahren Busse in der Nähe ab, wir haben dafür allerdings das Auto benutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Dagmar und Max war total angenehm, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Große Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen sehr bequemen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit Freundlichkeit und nützlichen Informationen empfangen. Man findet in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht und die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Wir haben auch einen Kinderbett auf Anfrage bekommen. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut auch für einen Aufenthalt mit Baby.

Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! 😊 Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon zum Fluss und Berge. Toll eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es wurde an Alles gedacht. Beste aber ruhige Lage und alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Bahnhof, Altstadt, Bars, Restaurant und Sehenswürdigkeiten. wir kommen gerne wieder! vielen danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! ☺️

Appartamento nuovo, fornito di tutti i confort, letti comodi, ampia doccia, cucina fornita. Posizione centrale ideale per esplorare Merano a piedi. Parcheggio interrato nelle vicinanze incluso. Ottima esperienza, torneremo volentieri.

Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es auch ruhig, sie liegt an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße. Sehr schön sind die drei Balkone. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral, sowohl Bahnhof mit Busbahnhof als auch das Stadtzentrum sind in gut fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus. Ebenso sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Daniele verlief reibungslos, ebenso der Check in, der von einem Mitarbeiter von Daniele durchgeführt wurde. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, gerne wieder.

Mieszkanie zaskoczyło nas wielona udogodnieniami i bardzo przyjemnym wyposażeniem. Nieskazitelne czyste a jednocześnie bardzo przytulne. Położone na skraju wsi, blisko lasu, z możliwością wielu tras spacerowych z psem. Niezależnie wejście i taras dawały swobodę wchodzenia o każdej porze. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, który troszczy się i opiekuje, jednocześnie zapewniając niezależność. Będziemy polecać i wracać.

L’appartamento che abbiamo utilizzato è stupendo. Molto accogliente, pulito, elegante. Ci si sente coccolati anche dalle attenzione ai particolari di Lydia. Un posto magico e di classe. Una volta tornati a casa, vorrete ritornarci

Die Nächte in der Unterkunft waren super. Ein gutes Bett hat uns geholfen, uns von den anstrengenden Klettertagen zu erholen. Luciano war super nett und hat uns alles gezeigt. Gerne wieder 😀

Great location, just on the outskirts of town. Plenty of great restaurants. The house was very large and perfect for the 4 of us. The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Only suggestion I have for the guests, bring your bathroom soaps and some paper towels. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place. Marc

Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt bei authentischen Gastgebern in einem neuen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und blitz-blankem Apartment - es hat uns an nichts gemangelt, der Naturpool ist eine wunderbare Erfrischung und der Ausblick von dort und dem Apartment der Hammer! Der Weinkeller ist nicht nur sehenswert, sondern hat auch eine tolle Auswahl, wenn man mal nicht irgendwo draußen einkehren möchte. Es war alles super unkompliziert und ein immer freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Austausch! Wir kommen wieder!

Alloggio praticamente nuovo, pulito, attrezzato e con un ampio e luminoso living. Gli spazi sono razionali e ben distribuiti. La casa è a pochi minuti dalla funivia per Alpe di Siusi. Servizi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Se dovessi tornare in Trentino con la mia famiglia non esiterei a scegliere questo alloggio. Un ringraziamento particolare a Eleonora e Lidia per disponibilità e cortesia che non sono scontati.

Das Check-in verlief sehr flexibel. Der Gastgeber nahm sich genügend Zeit, um die ganze Anlage zu zeigen. Man kann den tollen, grossen Indoorspielplatz nutzen. Zudem gibt es ein Hallenbad mit Rutsche und einer dazugehörenden Sauna! Ein Gym ist auch dabei! Die Wohnung verfügt über viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist modern, das Badezimmer tipptopp. Zudem hat man vom Balkon einen super Ausblick auf die Berge!

We had the pleasure of staying at Simone and Roberto's property in Calliano for 7 days with our family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and even provided an extra bed for our little one without us having to ask. The property is situated in the most stunning environment, surrounded by vineyards, and just a short 10-minute walk from a spectacular waterfall. One of the highlights of our trip was climbing to a nearby castle, which offered breathtaking views and was one of the best experiences of our stay. There’s also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill where we enjoyed a delicious meal. Our girls absolutely adored Burra, the friendly and lovely dog who added so much joy to our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in a beautiful location. Thank you!

Everything was clean, cozy and functional. For a family of four with just a week. Nice balcony and garden. I definitely recommend the host.

Ho trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e in ordine. Ho apprezzato trovare cuscini aggiuntivi per dormire con la testa più alta. Possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno, chiuso con cancello, quindi sicuro. Zona tranquilla. Ascensore. Bello anche il terrazzino con tavolino e sedie per sedersi al sole. Immagino che d'estate sia ancora più bello, visto che c'è anche la piscina esterna. Il Dr. Joachim è una persona disponibile e cerca di soddisfare il cliente. Avevo chiesto e ottenuto di poter anticipare il check-in. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere sua figlia che è venuta a consegnarci le chiavi dell'appartamento. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, alle waren sehr nett uns hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben 7 Tage in einer tollen Unterkunft mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht verbracht. Es fehlte tatsächlich an nichts. Es war gemütlich, sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag so benötigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man hat die Ruhe zum entspannen (ist von Weinbergen und Obstbäumen umgeben) und gelangt dennoch in Kürze zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus in die Stadt oder ins Dorf. Auch das nahegelegene Wandergebiet und die Seilbahn sind ohne Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Ein besonderes Lob ist jedoch den super lieben und freundlichen Gastgebern auszusprechen. Diese waren zu jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung und unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. So einen lieben und netten Umgang haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt.
