Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

Das Haus war sehr schön und traumhaft in der Natur gelegen. Sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Great place in gorgeous surroundings… Nice small old house in a charming little village. Eugenio gives clear instructions and takes care of the needs of his guests. Warmly recommended!

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met onze kinderen (4 en 7 jaar). Het was een heerlijke beschutte plek met genoeg plek om te spelen en lekker te lezen. De locatie biedt het beste van twee werelden. Je waant je op het platteland tussen de heuvels en olijfbomen. Tegelijkertijd ben je slechts 10 minuten verwijderd van de stad Florence. Schitterende omgeving! Let wel op dat de wegen in deze buurt soms erg smal kunnen zijn.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte con la nostra piccola di nove mesi. L’host è stato gentilissimo e reattivo e l’appartamento è in pieno centro.

We had a great stay with Natale. Before our arrival, some construction on the building beside the Airbnb encroached on the outdoor space and was going to be noisy. He reached out to us very early about the issues and worked with Airbnb and others to try to help us find the best resolution to the issue. Ultimately, we opted to stay in the unit even with the construction, and it was a great stay. The location is ideal for all the sights and tastes that Florence has to offer. The way the bedrooms are set up makes the place feel very spacious and private, which is essential when traveling with family. I highly recommend the place and the host and look forward to staying there again.

Location was fantastic, so close to the Duomo. Easy check-in, met at the door. Very communicative team. Main bedroom is gorgeous and roomy. Comfy beds. Love the ceiling. Nice small patio. Lots of room for family of 4. Small but very useable kitchen. Rudimentary pantry, if planning on making many meals there. Overall, a fantastic stay in Firenze. Grazie miele!

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

El alojamiento es maravilloso, con todas las comodidades, muy bien decorado, muy acogedor y tiene un jardín precioso. es tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado tanto si quieres acercarte el centro en coche, en tranvía o andando. nos recibieron muy bien y nos dieron un montón de indicaciones. lo recomiendo mucho y sin duda repetiría. muchísimas gracias x todo. todo perfecto

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

Merci !! Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances entre copines à 9 ! Un peu d’humidité du fait du temps, mais l’endroit est idéal en été et réconfortant au coin du feu quand le beau temps n’est pas présent !

Vi var en familie på 11, de store soveværelsene med mange bad fungerte veldig bra. Mange oppholdsrom og plass til alle i spisestuen. Gammelt og interessant hus med nydelig utsikt dag og natt. Deilig pool-område. Godt utstyrt på kjøkkenet. Greit å komme seg til byen med buss. Må ta buss for å komme til en skikkelig matbutikk. God oppfølging og hjelp gjennom både bestillingsprosess og opphold fra vertens side. Vi hadde en flott uke i Villa Acacia. Kan anbefales

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.

Wunderschönes Haus auf eine ganz wunderbare Art modern Style mit dem typischen toskanischen Style gemixt. Unbedingt auch Wanderungen rund um das Haus machen. Es ist einfach eine ganz wunderbare toskanische Gegend. Vielen Dank!
