Awesome house on the beach! The location is impeccable - quiet at the end of the San Pancho beach, but easy to walk or drive into town. The house was very traditional, but updated and comfortable - a good mix of modern ammenities and classic Mexican design. The pool was great and a nice area to relax. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was good. Wifi was reliable. An excellent choice for any small group.

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views of the water. If our group didn’t have other activities to do, we easily could have spent all day every day by the pool and enjoying the views of the ocean from the top patio.

La casa está Increíble, todas las habitaciones y las amenidades cumplieron al 100% la expectativa, toda la familia la disfruto mucho y salimos con un excelente sabor de boca.

Súper atenta Ariana y súper amable, aunque no requerí mucho de su ayuda debido a que la casa contaba con todo y en buen estado, siempre estuvo al pendiente, excelente lugar para pasar tus vacaciones o alojarse por cuestiones de trabajo como fue mi caso.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en familia, conecta facilísimo con playas de Puerto Vallarta y de Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, etc. el precio es muy adecuado, la estancia muy agradable. excelente anfitrión.

La casa es muy muy bonita, grande con todo lo necesario, y más, un lugar para descansar del exceso de gente que hay en Sayulita,está muy limpia Sandra la representante de Lina es súper buen anfitrión, la casa, está alejada del centro, ya que está en un cerro, recomendable rentar el carrito de golf, pero al tener su alberca privada le da un plus. Thank you so much for the experience your home provided. It was the first time all my adult children and partners went on vacation together with me. Your home was just right in order for everyone to have the experience needed and to want to do it again!! Yes ... every Moms dream. Your kitchen was amazing and my son who loves to cook found everything and more needed to prepare wonderful meals for us all. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was a plus. The easy walk ability to the beach was enjoyed by all, as was lounging by the pool. I enjoyed yoga on the upstairs terrace most mornings. Your home is a beautiful retreat. San Pancho is our new favorite Mexican destination and we would definitely book again in the future.

Le logement est impeccable, la vue est superbe, collé sur la plage. Si je retourne un jour à Yelapa, je prendrais à nouveau ce logement sans hésiter. Il y a toujours des gens sur place dédiés aux appartements et qui sont très serviables. Veuillez noter que Yelapa est un village bâti à même les falaises. Il y a beaucoup de marches, y compris pour se rendre à ce logement. Je recommande de voyager relativement légèrement (une valise par personne).

We stayed here as three girlfriends celebrating a birthday and had the best time. The location is perfect, close to Zona Romántica but far enough to be quiet. The neighbourhood felt safe, walkable, and had amazing food (highly recommend Itamar). The Airbnb is stunning: gorgeous sunset views, dreamy rooftop pool, and a secure, well-maintained building. The gym was never crowded, and Uber Eats found us easily. We booked airport pickup through Nuit, who was lovely and shared great local tips. There was some nearby construction, but it didn’t affect our stay. Alex and Nuit were super responsive and helpful throughout, and everyone in the building was friendly. Honestly, we joked about not writing a glowing review so it stays available when we return but Alex and team truly deserve it. Excellent hosts and an incredible stay in PVR. We can’t wait to come back!

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

I stayed for six nights while working remotely. The apartment is quiet (for PV) and spacious with surprisingly good lighting. It’s tucked into a peaceful building and served as a good home base. There are some aesthetic flourishes that trade off with usability, but nothing that got in the way of a comfortable stay. I didn’t end up using the building’s amenities, but appreciated having them nearby. Overall, a solid option in a central location.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

Jorge allowed us to check in early which was HUGE! Claudia met us at check in, was fantastic and explained and showed me everything in person. Location is great. An easy walk to beach and all of romatica. Elevator in the building for easy access to this suite. The only issue with the location was that we couldn't get an uber driver to pick us up from outside the building. We had to walk to the highway (with our luggage). The neighbors staying in the other casas were SO FRIENDLY and even invited us to their happy hours! You can tell they are tight like family. The suite was perfect for us (2 peeps) for 4 nights after our wedding week in Mismaloya. It was nice to recharge and enjoy the view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked! 10% Discount at Andales! Laundry facility! BONUS! My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower and bathroom tap :( Also, the wifi didn't work inside the room so I used my laptop on the deck in the mornings. We will be back! Thank you!

As a fellow Airbnb host, I have to say Christian’s condo in PV exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully designed, with an incredible open window wall that truly took my breath away. The rooftop pool and views are stunning, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—an easy walk to tons of activities, great restaurants, and the beach. Fast WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry—everything you could need for a comfortable stay is here. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

Casa Veta lo tiene todo! privacidad absoluta, una vista única, instalaciónes muy bien mantenidas y en equilibrio con la naturaleza. Sin duda alguna el mejor lugar. Eva estuvo muy atenta y sus indicaciones y recomendaciones fueron excelentes. Simplemente el mejor lugar!

Excelente lugar en medio de la montaña, para mi los 3 factores mas importantes son seguridad, limpieza y cama comoda. La cama king size es definitivamente muy comoda, el cuarto estaba muy limpio y la zona es segura, lamentablemente no hay forma de cerrar la puerta principal con llave, sin embargo la zona es segura. Enfrente del cuarto hay un rio que de arrulla durante la noche para dormir, quizas la cocina es al aire libre lo que al menos en nuestro caso fue un plus ademas de que hay un asador bastante practico. De lo malo es que se puede filtrar facilmente el ruido del cuarto de arriba.
