The stay here was magnificent! Right on the beach! It’s up and coming with the local town! Surf city 2 about a 2 hr drive away. Locals are friendly and very respectful! Rubidia, grounds keeper, was amazing as well! Would for sure stay there again!

Mis padres rentaron VILLA JIMENA por 2 meses, ( Enero y Febrero, 2025); querían escapar de el frío de New Jersey, les encantó la casa. 10/10, muy buena localidad, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Tiene seguridad de vigilancia 24 horas al día y un vecindario callado. Camila les brindó a mis padres un servicio excepcional, siempre estuvo atenta, sin duda se merece 5***** en SERVICIO Y COMUNICACIÓN. Villa Jimena es muy bonita, acogedora y con un buen gusto decorado, todo trabaja perfectamente. Con una piscina muy bonita y LIMPIA. SI estas buscando una casa para tu estadía en San Miguel, te recomiendo , no busques más, en Villa Jimena tendrás una estadía de 5***** y vas a disfrutar. Hotel Martinez is a dream for surfers or anyone craving a laid-back escape. With six private ramada bungalows around a shared pool in a peaceful, jungle-like setting, and just a five-minute walk to the beach, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Alex, the manager, is incredibly attentive. The food is local, delicious, and available nearly anytime—shoes optional. You’ll find surf clips or music playing in the open-air restaurant, along with ice cream, paletas, and refillable water. The bungalows are cozy, well-designed, and have strong A/C—ideal after a beach day. Thoughtful touches like spots to hang wet towels make it feel like home. Pack light, stay casual, and enjoy. We can’t wait to come back.

Excelente lugar. Respuestas rápidas. Estaba reservando un par de horas antes del check-in y fue muy eficiente la respuesta, y muy flexible. Me dio indicaciones muy claras que facilitaron mi llegada al lugar.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean. having the privacy of our own garage for the car is a bonus. The house was really close to everything, food, shopping, etc. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely rent this place again

I made the reservation for my family and they absolutely loved it! It was a last minute booking but the host was very accommodating, super responsive, and super friendly. Excelente ubicación, zona residiencial privada, las fotos si ameritaban con lo que encontré en el alojamiento. muy aseado, con todos los utensilios necesarios. El anfitrión mostró siempre amabilidad y empata, siempre estuvo pendiente de alguna duda que tuviera. comodidad cono en casa y todo accesible para movilizarme a diferentes lugares de interés.

Our family traveled from all over the US to El Salvador, and this property was the perfect place for our gathering. The beds were comfortable and each room was equipped with air conditioning, making it easy to sleep through the warm nights. The location is ideal, with many beachfront restaurants nearby, so we could easily enjoy local cuisine and the beautiful views. Francisco, the caretaker, and the rest of the staff were exceptional. They always made sure we had clean towels, and the pool was consistently well-maintained for us to enjoy. Additionally, Francisco went above and beyond by helping us with some car issues, saving us time and ensuring we had a smooth vacation experience. A special thank you to Rolando for making our stay so memorable. This was our second stay at Casa Maracol and we’re already planning our next visit. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place in El Salvador.
