We had a wonderful getaway at the chalet. The drive up is definitely part of the adventure! But the roads are paved and everyone drove respectable speeds (no one was flying around corners). Once up there it was as peaceful as can be. The heated pool is 10/10. We did encounter a few beetle bugs, but seems reasonable for a house in the middle of the rainforest. Just something to note if bugs are a hard no for you. We tried Sube y Baja - great food and drinks, and just a 5 min drive down the road. You can also get drinks to-go! We loved the peace and quiet the chalet offered. Everything was clean, and we felt right at home. Will definitely be telling our friends about this place!

The shower handel need To be replace in master bathroom ,soap dispenser cracked needs replacement.need to fumigation area of counter top fire ants show up while preparing meal. Uneven floors tiles is a cause for tripping and falling . Front door entrance needs a new and better safety design for people with incapacitated needs can easily twiste an angle and fall because on stable rock placement. Swimming pool needs heater and also safety bar handel on upon entering pool to hold on. The house is located main Avenue and expected alot of traffic noise. Inside the house beautifully decorated, and also supplied with all needs may person. Has Good cooling sistem. Except no laundry machine.

This is one if the best places Ive been, the host was really kind and understanding which it maid my stay super easy.I recommend this location for a calm and relaxing trip.Its worth it!

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. I am extremely happy that I found this place. I felt comfortable every time. I rented the place as an emergency to stay near the hospital. Marcial was extremely helpful and kind. Always responsive and assisting on any question we had. Everything is extremely close. The place is very clean, comfortable and peaceful.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The space was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for our family, especially with kids — plenty of room to relax, and everything felt safe and welcoming. Every room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it ideal for both rest and play. The host was absolutely wonderful — always available, kind, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
