Our stay at this studio apartment in Fajardo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless, the bed was cozy, and all the amenities made our stay effortless and enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the stunning surroundings was an unforgettable experience. The location was also fantastic. We were just a short distance from several excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious local cuisine. Beyond the apartment itself, the atmosphere in Fajardo was incredible. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and convenient place to stay in Fajardo. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pools and beach access at the complex were great for hours spent without leaving. Also there are three bigger nice local beaches short drives away. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and even has a large ice machine :) great applicances including a fridge saved all our food even going 15 hours without electric! The condo is clean and well furnished, AC units work great. (and when without electric the windows opened and let it a cool breeze) the condo # was a little tricky to find at first, as the parking spots are a little deceiving, may be good to include map with confirmation, or just ask at the gate. The gate keepers were very friendly and have an easy process in place for entry.

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Second time we have stayed at this incredible place. The wind, the ocean, the rainforest- it is so beautiful. The condo is comfortable and AC in the bedrooms works great. We swam in the ocean and also enjoyed the pool at the condo! We love this place.

We loved this place! It was a short walking distance from the beach and it was cozy and modern with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our week. The check in was easy and the condo was as described. The convenience of the beach directly across the street and the shared pool out the backyard was great, particularly for families traveling with kids. The exterior of the condo complex and grounds look a little tired in places, but it is all clean and useable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The interior of the apartment was clean, beds comfortable, AC in every room, and Omar was communicative and helpful. For instance, the beach umbrella was broken (one of the spokes broken likely just by wind at beach) and Omar quickly went out to replace it and gave us two new ones. There are lots of restaurants, including the kioskos, nearby. We also explored El Yunque, did a snorkeling boat tour, and spent a lot of time in the beach. Having two showers available was great for a family of 6 after days at beach and pool. Highly recommend!

Nereida's place was as advertised and she was very responsive to our questions. Her place is in a very quiet, gated, condo association. It has direct access to two wonderful beaches. We used them both. The condo was well equipped for our family of five (two parents and three adult children). It was very clean. We found it all very peaceful and relaxing. When we wanted excitement, we could easily drive to it. The grocery store, pharmacy, and gas station were just outside the complex, very convenient. Nereida sent very detailed instructions on how to find her place, which is very helpful as we have found navigation in PR generally difficult with the lack of signage and differing road names. I'd recommend that you learn to input the GPS coordinates into your smartphone, which will make navigation much easier. We would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨

Don't get me wrong. the place is in a great location in condado, Puerto Rico where it's walking distance to the placita. Pat did a great job of helping us through the power outage. however, we struggled the first day because the place didn't look like it did in the pictures and the building is dated and under construction.

Jose’s place was just fabulous. Pool and beach right outside the complex. Extremely convenient. Me and my family would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous truly beachfront experience for two parents and two kids; lovely pool that we mostly had to ourselves, 3 mini beaches just steps away, safe and private, unobstructed ocean views, adorable friendly dog Daisy next door, kitchen ready for cooking full meals which we did every day, gorgeous sunset views on the hill 3-minutes walk away, air conditioning on point when we needed but super flexible to let the breeze flow, lovely patio for hangouts and meals. No bugs! Blackout shades for sleeping in and a backup generator just in case of power outages: not needed but GREAT to have in PR, rare in an Air Bnb. Local wildlife (chameleons, antillean grackles, actual fish in the ocean!) and great local food nearby too, and just a short drive to our fave wave beach, Cero Gordo! Everything as advertised and the pics really don’t do it justice. We will return :)

Very clean ! I felt very safe and secure, walkable. There’s a beach maybe 100 feet away, & luquillo Beach 5 minutes drive, where the kioskos are as well! Lots to do ! Traffic makes it a bit far from the airport maybe 45 minutes but it’s worth it ! Close to Carabalí & El Yunque rainforest (about 15 min drive) so it makes it worth it ! There are TONS OF AMENITIES! I honestly don’t remember if all are listen but many beach supplies, MANY !! Beach chairs, a wagon, surfing item, beach ball, beach towels and many games and board games to entertain ! The host is wonderful, communicates well and is very accommodating and flexible!! Some things have a little rust but can be expected since it’s a beach property!! Property also has iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash !! So once you go to the beach you’ll have everything you need, the host really considered their guest !!

We had a great experience staying here, even with the unexpected island-wide power outage that occurred during our stay. Ramon went above and beyond to make sure we were okay—super responsive, helpful, and reassuring throughout--and checked in regularly to make sure our generator was working and that we had power. He kept us updated, offered thoughtful solutions, and truly made us feel cared for despite the circumstances. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had BEAUTIFUL outdoor spaces (front porch with amazing view, outdoor shower in the back). Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing Airbnb experience in Farjado!

This venue was beautiful!!! Perfect location and very spacious for my group of eight. Carlos was an amazing host, always responsive and very helpful. I would definitely book again 🌺

We stayed for a week during Spring Break and loved it. The view is amazing and the breeze from the windows felt so good. The place is clean and cozy. The AC in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping!! Rene was super quick at responding to all my messages. Totally worth it!!

This airbnb was amazing! The view was incredible, the location made it easy to go anywhere in the city. The interior of the airbnb was really fun and comfortable. The bed was amazing (we had to purchase the same one when we got back home, lol). The sliding glass doors, that allowed you to feel the ocean breeze was the highlight of the stay. Alexander (the most amazing host) was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with giving us very detailed recommendations of things to do and see in San Juan. He really helped us get the most of our stay. We recommend reaching out to Alexander regarding parking/rental car before check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment! I really appreciated all the thoughtful amennties like having all the basic supplies in the bathroom and kitchen so we could arrive and not worry about going to the store. Basics like oil, seasoning, tupperware, plastic bags, paper towels, trash bags, dishsoap were all available. Also I liked the USB charging stations and the toiletries in the bathrooms. I really loved the fluffy bathrobes and beach towels. All the linens were high quality! Mandy was responsive and helpful especially when we experienced an island-wide power outage. Gorgeous views of the ocean that I could enjoy from the deck. Easy walk to the secluded beach. Highly recommend!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable home. Parking for one car, some beach items like chairs, boogie board. Many restaurants within walking distance. We loved our time here!
