Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Cabin Life by Lake Livingston

Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

The cleverly constructed bungalow is tucked into the original tack room and feed room at one end of the 125 year old barn. Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Be our guest and stay awhile in this cottage located in Cape Royale, a peaceful, security guard-gated community with direct access to Lake Livingston. After a fun-filled day, unwind in this beautiful cottage nestled by tall pine trees and nature sounds. The home includes two bedrooms with queen size beds, two full size restrooms, kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and free wi-fi. Just a two minute drive to the Cape Royale Marina.
