We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

The listing was as described and met all expectations. We were at a weekend event in northern Palm Springs so the location worked well for us. Very clean when we checked in, personnel in the office were polite, photos were accurate. Would be great for a bigger group or family who want to cook too.

Definitely recommend Karen’s place for proximity to downtown Palm Spring (~20mins) and Joshua Tree (~40mins)! The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs and the bathrooms were stocked with good products. The home is really well-designed and super cute—we loved the walls full of records. Can’t wait to come back to Karen’s place next time we’re in the area!

Amazing location and amenities! Very clean and comfortable. They took the time to make sure you had everything you might need readily available. Will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Absolutely perfect location and great, super communicative hosts. The owner gave us lots of local tips too :) Accurate pictures, place has everything you need and the rooftop space is gorgeous! Think it might be a little warm in the summer months but perfect for when we there over Easter.

This place was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to downtown (sub 3 minutes). Great spot, and we will definitely be back!

We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

We stayed for Coachella weekend. The house was very close to the shuttle stop at Albertsons. The pool was fantastic on a hot day. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying for your trip! The host was quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed.

This home is so charming, and in a perfect location! Close enough to all the downtown Palm Springs action, but removed enough for a peaceful and private stay. It matched the description perfectly, and was extremely clean upon arrival. There were lots of thoughtful touches, too—it will have everything you need for a great stay. The owner was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful which made me feel well taken care of. Will absolutely look to see if this home is available for my next trip out to the desert!

This home is immaculately clean, beautiful and very convenient. We stayed two weeks so it was really nice to have a large master bath with large drawers and a bath and shower. The grounds are gorgeous, the patio lovely and the neighbors are friendly. I’d stay again.

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Stayed for 3 nights in my home town . Placidias place was great and central to everywhere I needed to go. Very friendly and I felt very safe . Loved it .

Elaine was great as a host. Very communicative and everything was in the right place. It gets a little windy in April, but we enjoyed the pool and the furniture outside. Home was in great condition, cleaners for the pool came, landscaper came as well so everything was in tip top shape! Would stay here again if/when we return to Palm Springs.

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. I've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and must say this was the most welcoming and well-furnished I've encountered. Thank you Justin and Daniel for a memorable week in Palm Springs! -Carol A.

The only thing that was not what I expected was the internet service was very poor.

The condo was very comfortable and it was nice to come "home" after a day out exploring Palm Springs and surrounding areas. I really appreciated that there were already ice cubes in the ice trays as it was getting hot during my visit, so we were able to use the ice right away. The only possible negative was the hallway shower has a low water pressure. But it was good enough that we never had to use the primary bathroom's tub. The water is sufficiently hot. We arrived after dark and we couldn't find the exact condo location. But Roshi called me and walked me through finding it over the phone. Overall the communications have been very responsive and professional.

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Great place very relaxing and quiet, this was our third stay and our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs

I really liked this air bnb it’s been my favorite so far in Palm Springs. The location is nice and the rooms are large.

The house was exactly as described—very clean, quiet, and just a short walk from the town center. The pool was a lovely bonus, and everything was well maintained. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Tim is great! Will definitely try to stay here again. Place is peefect! Really close to what we wanted to do in Palm Springs. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. At one point during our stay, I stepped in gum, and Tim the absolute legend had Goo Gone under the sink which totally saved the day. Great communication, helpful and accommodations checkout, A+++
