There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Oltre al terrazzino privato,dispone di uno spazio esterno con un grosso tavolo di legno sotto 2 alberi di amarene e griglia per barbecue (questo spazio in condivisione).Il parcheggio privato è facilmente accessibile con un'auto abbastanza alta, nonostante la discesa ripida. A soli 6 km da Scario, paese di mare,gode di un clima più fresco grazie alla posizione in collina.

The apartment is on the middle floor of a three-stores Villa at a scenic spot facing the old village tower. The Villa has been owned by the same family for more than 50 years. Please plan your arrival on the week-end, if possible (during working days check-in guaranteed only after 4 p.m.). Less than one week stay are granted only for arrivals from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. Please expect some delay in confirming short stays.
