Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

We really loved our stay here. The view is beautiful and it is very peaceful. The home is about halfway between the Public Ferry dock and town. it's a fairly steep, but short, walk up to town or down to the docks, there are a few restaurants in both locations. It is easy and quick to take a Tuk Tuk in either direction. There are some large stairs to get down to the door. This is not a great option for anyone mobility impaired but it is great for everyone else. It was perfect for us and we would absolutely stay again.

Nuestra estadía fue simplemente acogedora, Clemente es muy amable y siempre está atento a la comunicación. El espacio se encuentra a unos 10 min del centro de San Pedro, se puede llegar en Tuktuk desde el muelle principal, la terraza tiene una vista hermosa hacia parte frontal de San Pedro, para ver el precioso amanecer en el lago, tiene acceso a la playa para ir a bañarse al lago, es limpio y seguro, solo tienes que tener buena condición física si deseas regresar de la playa por las gradas ya que son muy empinadas, sino recomiendo caminar unos metros para la entrada del pueblo y así regresar por la parte de arriba. El lugar es limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, agua pura y toallas. Está justo frente al Mirador de San Pedro y la carretera, así que si se escucha bulla por las noches, pero así es San Pedro, un pueblo vivo y hermoso, lo recomiendo bastante.

Encantada con el lugar, tal cual como en la descripción, limpio, ordenado, buena ubicación, hermosa vista y con todos los utensilios necesarios, tanto de cocina como de limpieza e higiene personal, junto a mi familia pasamos un descanso agradable y cómodo, quedamos satisfechos con el servicio, sin duda volveremos nuevamente! Lo recomiendo totalmente 10/10 👍

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

La vista es espectacular, y la ubicación perfecta para rumbear y cerca del muelle. Kenny es el mejor host! Nos organizó un tour de todo el día para conocer San Pedro y el mismo nos acompañó para explicarnos todo.

Excelente lugar, la casa es hermosa nos brindó lo necesario para que nuestra estadía fuera estupenda, la ubicación es céntrica y segura. Miguel estuvo atento previo al viaje para dar las indicaciones y contactos necesarios, sin duda si vuelvo a ir a San Felipe me hospedaría de nuevo acá.

The house is big and clean, very close to the parks. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that I would add is more fans in the bedrooms or A/C.

Buen lugar. Grande. comodo. con todo lo necesario. limpio y seguro. A 10min de parque xetulul. volveria a alojarme sin duda.

Todo con el alojamiento muy bien, nonhay ninguna queja, pero si tuve varios inconvenientes como por ejemplo, la llegada al lugar por estar varias vías cerradas por remodelaciones de las mismas, las cuales por lo mismo es demasiado el polvo en el lugar. El garge muy alto para carros bajos el cual tuve que dejarlo en la calle, tal vez se pueda mejor en un futuro eso, pero definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en dicho alojamiento, esperando en un futuro ya no tener ninguno de los inconvenientes mencionados.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary basics. Courtyard and appartment itself have a lot of character. Very close to parque central. Luis was very nice and responsive.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

I highly recommend a stay here! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive always and the property itself is beautiful. Incredible views, great food, and options for activities. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!

The unit we stayed in was just as the photos showed. It was clean and just what we expected. This was our fourth time at the Riviera although it was out first time with ABB. We will return again next year with ABB.
