San Dimas : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Host went out of her way to accommodate my special request. She was always responsive and friendly. Nice little place in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

Just recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive to noises as the place is right by the street. However everything else is great. Host is super responsive and helpful.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt und insbesondere die Möglichkeit auf dem Grundstück parken zu dürfen, war sehr von Vorteil. Außerdem war die Unterkunft gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Einzig das Problem kein Toilettenpapier abspülen zu dürfen, hat ein wenig genervt. Insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Javier's place was wonderful. The views from the patio and the apartment are beautiful day and night. It's quiet and peaceful but with lots of food and market options nearby, and it's close enough to the freeway to make it easy to get out to other neighborhoods but no so close that the freeway noise is noticeable. During our week stay we cooked meals, ate on the patio, did laundry, did some remote work, and watched movies on the couch. It was a perfect home away from home.

For me this was a great place to stay . It was exactly what I needed . It was private, clean and convenient to the neighborhood I needed to be in . It was just a block from the Montrose shopping area which had nice restaurants and a very relaxed vibe . There aren’t that many places to stay in that neighborhood so this was perfect . The road is a little busy but with a white noise app I didn’t have a problem sleeping . The owners always got back to me right away with any questions . And the property is well maintained .

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

We loved the house! As my 6-year-old nephew said, ‘The bed is sooo cozy.’ The only downside was a bad smell coming from the kitchen—like a gas smell, or it might have been the cleaning products used. We opened the windows and closed them when we left, but the smell lingered. Other than that, it was a great location, and everything was as described. I asked if I could bring another child, and Ivy happily said yes. I didn’t end up bringing him, but I’m glad it wouldn’t have been a problem. We would definitely stayed at the house again. The check-in was super clear. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My friends and I had a concert in LA and also went to Disneyland for a day and were looking for an airbnb that would suit 5 people and our two pets (our dog and bunny). Troy’s airbnb is in a wonderful and safe area with everything being walking distances with some great cafes and restaurants close by. We felt right at home being there. His homes is as it’s described in his description although we thought the backyard/patio was closed and private but we still managed with our pets there. I would absolutely recommend Troy’s place if visiting LA.

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

a lovely two-story condo

This is such a lovely place. It's within walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. Yet, the building is still quiet. All the amenities were well stocked, and the condo was nicely decorated. It's a peaceful oasis!

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more.
